Ryvita crackerbread ORIGINAL dyu6oz.jpg do not contain enough fibre to be a HEB. They are 1 syn each.

However Ryvita Crackerbread - WHOLEGRAIN 52g843.jpg are 6 for a HEB

Ryvita sesame 23qylq8.jpg are 4 for a HEB or 2 as a "speed" HEB.
    THANK YOU SO MUCH......FAB !!!!!!!!
Does anyone know the syns in baked wotsits ?.....I cant access the sw web site as i dont go to class.
    95 calories per bag

    Thanks Mrs M!

Here's a question for you all.......I believe cornmeal/polenta is free.....would it be misuse of free food if I made cornbread for which this is the main ingredient?

Ground Polenta used as flour is 5 syns for 28gms.....sorry!
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Mrs M fantastic weight loss thats so great:j

Food has been ok today but better still my Next size 18 jeans have been feeling very big today, on Sat I got the size 16 in the slim leg bootcut jeans did not try them on thinking I might be in them by Christmas and......... I can get in them:T very impressed, but equally some of my size 18 M&S jeans still fit - sizes are funny things but think I'll stick to Next now:rotfl:

    Today:

    B - wheatabix (HEB & HEA 1/2)

L - Homemade red pepper soup (SW bonfire recipe really good)
    Tub M&S Orzo pasta salad(1.5)

D - Falafel (3) cous cous, salad, fat free yoghurt dressing

Snacks - banana and grapes, might have rice pud or some choc later if hungry.

It's strange I'm going through a phase of not being hungry that much, am having all my meals but really not that hungry - most unusual for me!

    morning morning morning

    Lisa-
laughing cow light are 1.5 each
and the extra light are 1 each

We have a crisp dry day here at last
Im half expecting hubby home early today -he hobbled off to work this morning to see the medic - I don't know how he got his boots on as his big toe is about 3 times bigger than the other ... he didn't have his sausages for brekkie -or take his blinking cornedbeef hash... so they are still in the fridge!!

Anyhoooooo today Im going Green -and its looking like this:-
    • 28g oats (B)
    • 250ml semil (A)
    • orange
    • jacket potato
    • tinned spaghetti -don't know why I fancy THAT?
    • activia intensely (2.5)
    • plums
    • bubble n squeak cakes (3.5) -unless I decided to fry them then I will adjust the syns;)
    • luxury vegetable cheese (1.5 + A)
    • fibre plus (B)
    • clementines
So that will be 2A+Bs and 7.5 syns accounted for.

I have some more typing up to do today and then some more meal plans to whip up -at this rate I will have enough plans to last into the new year :D
Right I will get off for now and make another cuppa.. have a lovely day all and keep up the great work !!

OK -hubby has just come back in as predicted -and has been bedded down for 5 days - they need to do blood tests as they think it might be gout  .... and have told him to get plenty of Vit C -guess who has only eaten about 10 pieces of fruit in the 10years I have known him  ....... Although he does eat lots of veggies.. oh well we will wait n see...

My sympathies to your Hubby, I suffer with gout and I have had two children 2 open heart ops and a pacemaker fitted, and none of the pain approached the awfulness (bad english I know) of Gout.

Mine came on after the second heart job when I had two valves replaced and they said it was a reaction to the trauma of having the op. There is medication that can help but as I take a high dose of Warfarin I cant use them.

So I do hope its not Gout.
  • asda turned up, ordered 0.4kg of loose mushrooms, they sent 2kg?! Didn't notice at the time and can't be bothered ringing them up , so need some mushroom recipes :D

Awwwwww shucks -thankyou -you lovely bunch :kisses:
I still have a way to go -but Im on the home straigth now, I really can't believe Im on my 30th week, it has flown by :j

Consultant31 -I must confess that Im planning on going to class when I get back in the hope of trying to be a consultant ;)...
I have got the SW bug :p -after far too many years wasted trying every other way of losing weight..

Well done on the losses ladies :T and the Non Scale Victories :j
Dalia -oooohh all that lunging when fuel on dynorod soup :rotfl:.. Good luck :p
Taplady - the luxury cauliflower cheese is an adaptation of an old WW recipe -I posted it somewhere -but I will go and copy it over for you.

Well dinner went down well -although in the end I only had one bubble n squeak cake with the cauli cheese -so there is 1 left and half the cauli cheese, so that may well be lunch tomorrow ;)

Thanks whitehall - The Dr. seem to think it is gout -but because it didn't start in the same joint of the big toe as it generaly does -they want to check ???.... he has been sat with his feet up all day and has been given some pain killers and told to eat more Vit C - He will have to start eating fruit bless him ..... I have wondered if the swap over to winter meals has activated it? during the summer I use a lot of fresh tomatoes and at least 1 huge red pepper a day (which i know are full of Vit C) -so I wondered if that had held it off? Still I will just have to cram more into my meals if it will help -luckily we both eat loads of veg.
Right I think Im off for a bath
Have a great evening all and thanks again for all your support -you are a lovely bunch :T

    EE Day
melon, banana and satsuma with activia snackpot
    2 plums
sw quiche with wm roll (HEB)
    banana, yogurt
    3 mini babybell light (HEA)
but also.... 2 Gu rocky road naughtie and then about 10 ginger snaps :0(

I had a massive sugar craving, probably because AF is due. Now I've got a sugar headache and feel like rubbish.
