Afternoon all
All this talk of mushy peas has me drooling.... I love a bowl of mushy peas and just can't bring mysef to make them into curry -but now it looks like I will have to give them a whirl *hubby will be informed who encouraged me if there are any side effects* :rotfl:
When I think about it though I don't like tinned ones (only dried or frozen) so perhaps I won't mind *currying* them ... will pick some up next time Im in the naafi
Well I have finally got my camera working again -so I can't remembered who asked if I had photos of my progress (sorry) but I have got some now - hold on to your dinners folks
OOOOHHH AND PLEASE JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE -DON'T CLICK ON THEM (LAST TIME THEY MESSED UP BLACKBERRY-RUMS PC) -ALTHOUGH I DOUBT VERY MUCH YOU NEED THEM MAKING BIGGER ANYWAY :rotfl:
So then this is me at the start (can't believe Im doing this )
and where I am today-still about another 4st to shift butIm getting there.... with the help of everyone on here and minimins.. :T
Hubby has been sat with his gout ridden trotter up all day so i have typed up n printed my meal plans (8 so far) and now Im on to typing up recipes :A:rotfl: ....
Have a lovely afternoon all and hope I haven't put you off your dinners-ooohh although it might not be a bad thing

Hello everyone :-) congratulations on the losses so far!
and WOW MrsM! Thats some amazing loss there, the difference is just... wow! :T:j
Here's my plan for today, doing EE and trying to get more superfree's in, as i'm usually a bit rubbish with that on EE days.
Brekkie -
- bran flakes (HEB)
- ss milk (HEA)
Afternoon
- BGTY maple cereal bar (3)
- tuna
- pasta
- lettuce
- cucumber
- BGTY low fat vinegarette dressing
- apple
- cherry muller light
Evening
- chicken
- sharwoods dry noodles
- stir fry vegetables - carrot, pepper, beansprouts, cabbage
only 3 syns so far, so probably have 3 ryvita's with ham, pickled onions and beetroot (wont bother with butter this time) for 6 syns. and possibly another apple.Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR
