I was going to make a chickpea cake but instead I decided to eat a raw can of chickpeas, followed by three mugs of Options Hot Chocolate loaded up with sweetener, and then a raw egg shake. Then I'll just jump around a bit so it all mixes up inside me. 6 syns, whereas if I had eaten them together that would be 19 syns.

    Is that about right?

Good luck with your vomathon :D

I'm with you - some food *could be* classed as abuse of the SW system if you follow it strictly.

But if it's stuff you would have eaten anyway......and it stops you eating other *bad* stuff.....then duh, it's got to be OK.

    Hey everyone,

Sorry i have been mia AGAIN (hangs head in shame). I've had a nightmare 2wks. Last wk i had both ds's poorly so i was just grabbing food as and when i got a chance. Then earlier this week i was poorly so i was just eating whatever i fancied, mostly sw friendly apart from the pizza and chinese TA i shoved down my throat:o, tis also my * week and i'm very bloated. And to top it all off the school is still closed and got a very bored little boy causing mischief.
Anyhoo i've missed the last couple of wi so i want to get back on track as best i can being surrounded by lots of yummy sweets and party food:o. I'm gonna need some willpower. So back to basics today, i'm gonna go for a simple green day that i can hopefully stick to.
B - Alpen light (not got much of an appetite....yet!)
L - pasta and sprinkle of cheese (half hea)
T -breaded chicken (heb and 3 for bread crumbs), pots, veg and cheese sauce (4)
S - alpen light, nana and satsumas

So thats 2 b's and 1 a, will use second a for milk in cuppas and 7syns used.
I'll also try and catch up with the thread asap

    Hi all,

First wi was not great (I'm around 7lb heavier than I thought) but at least I'm doing something about it now! Think I'll have a little over 2st to lose in total, but breaking it down to meet my club10 target first. Can't go shopping til tonight, but work does have some relatively healthy options. My plan for today is:

Breakfast : Fruit (2 apples and 1 banana)
Lunch : Jacket potato, baked beans and salad
Dinner : Chilli made the SW way with rice and a small sprinkling of cheese (HEA)

Snacks will generally be fruit cos its a Friday and I want my syns for a large glass of wine at the end of the day!

Tomorrow will be a greater challenge cos I'm going to Twickenham and MUST avoid the cider and pies!
