Hi everyone.
I'm a regular lurker, successful so far following plan on my own, without class.
However due to bad weather only able to get LIDL sesame crispbread instead of ryvita.
Could anyone tell me on EE how may I can have of these?
Thanks0 -
Are they Grafschafter sesame crispbread? My directory says 1.5 syns each and there is no HE logo so I tguess that they are not counted as a HE:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Yes it was with the muller light, it was vile, seriously. far too tangy and I just didn't like the texture.
Ooh rogan josh, my fave curry, well indian curry anyway.
Yep, crazy me?:o K is now 20mths and T (girly) is 5mths!! Fantastic losses hon...you are doing really well:DI got a sachet of Aero hot choc free with a mag recently - was about to use it when I noted it's almost 100 cals!! (5 syns!!)
Think i'll stick to Options!!
I was getting options drinks, but decided to give cadbury's highlights a try (same syns) and I found them to be faaaaaar nicer....I thought they tasted more 'real' chocolatey iykwim:)
Mrs M - If you need a child to hold you freezer shut, you only had to ask....I have a range of sized, which size would suit you best, Oh and I will send an extra one free;)
Dizzy - Fingers crossed for the flights for you:)
Think I am going for a red day today..
So far
Weetabix (HEa, HEb)
Chicken stir fry
Muller
I am really not sure what to have later:cool:

I get these, they are surprisingly nice.
I looked them up online in the summer when I had the password and it said you can have 3 Lidl Grafschafter sesame crispbreads as a HEBBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

That's so weird, I have always had Highlights but never been too keen. I only got Options as it was BOGOF in Lidl and I like it so much more - it's really chocolatey and a lot less watery in my opinion.
I was just talking to a chocolate addict friend of mine and she agreed, saying Options was the only one she buys as it's the most chocolatey.
funny I wonder if its because we get used to and bored of the one we usually haveBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Morning everyone.
Has anyone got any advise of how to get past a plateau?
I've done all the usual of upping my fluids, making sure i write down every morsel that passes my lips, moving more (exercise) and still nothing.
This looks to be my 3rd week of STS and its getting me down.
On the good side, I started off pretty well and have lost 9.5lbs but i've been on plan since 7 Oct (8 weeks) so i'm not even averaging 2lbs per week.
I will happily accept my first STS as I did have 2 meals over plan but since then, i've been sticking to plan and nothing is working.
I dont go to a class so i dont have a SWC to ask. :-(
Are you eating mostly the same foods all the time? If you are, try varying your HEB/A's? The last time I did the plan, I found if I was having the same healthy extras every day, eventually my body seemed to get used to them and my weight loss slowed down!

oohhh Redmel -I think the 20mth old sounds about right -the 5mth old might wriggle n roll off :rotfl:(plus I love that toddler stage)-so that is the chest freezer sorted -do you have one about 6-7 years I could have to stand in front of the fridge/freezer? as I sometimes get a landslide from the freezer bit too .... I have established that I am in fact part squirrel -I can't help myself
... In my defence though there is no cr*p in there its about 60%meat 20%fish/seafood, 15% fruit and 5% veg
and don't get me started on my shelving stores in the basement
Well folks -is it blinkin cold enough for you all? It is Baltic out here  -the huge pan of cornedbeef hash is done so I just need to heat that through and throw a lumpadin in for hubby later... then there will be loads left for his lunch tomorrow and some for the weekend too :j
Right I will get off and make a cuppa.. have a lovely afternoon all:D-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

I have just what you need, an 8yr old who can't seem to stand on his own two feet so will gladly lean on your fridge......although I must warm you, you will end up with your ears talked off, as his mouth never stops moving, oh plus he hates eating so no feeding required:rotfl:
Is the food cheaper where you are....I struggle to buy just what I need each week??

blackberry-rum wrote: »That doesn't look anything like enough to me, even if you include a couple of crackerbreads! No fruit for snacks? No syns? oh go on, shove something else in or I shall feel like a complete pig for all I've eaten today! :rotfl:
Thanks blackberry-rum - you're totally right it wasn't enough for me - I've been starving most of the day yesterday and the day before!
I've had a mammoth brunch today to make up for it though - I guess eating so much when you're trying to lose weight just takes a bit of getting used to!
Today for me:
Brunch: Omelette (2 eggs, basil, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, onion and cooked king prawns) + smoked salmon salad with the juice of 1/2 a lemon. 2 Pints of sugar free diluting juice (is this free?)
Snacks: Grapes, Satsumas and Activia 0%
Dinner: Lemon chicken with rice (HEB) - provided I can find the recipe!
I've roasted a whole chicken which I may pick at it for snacks (random I know, but I love roast chicken, and I always find snacks on a red day a bit harder!)
I'll also have a glass of milk later to make up my HEA!
I'm on day four without any bread (a hard one for me!) and I haven't even found it that difficult!
Saving my syns for tomorrow and Saturday!Anyone any suggestions for nice relatively low syn puddings?
