I just squeeze the juice of a lemon in it and grate the zest, then sweeten it up with splenda of equivalent. :D
Edit to say, for few syns, you can stir in options instead for a choccy cheesecake fix. nom nom

    Evening everyone.

    Help!!!! Pleeeease?
I've been reading on some posts that Philly is synned or HEA. I've been thinking its free to scoff like i would total 0%. Is it syns? i dont actually eat Philly the brand, i eat extra low fat Mr T one.

Also, cottage cheese....I've just added a tub of Mr A good for you onion and chive one to my quiche. Is this free or syns?

I'm gonna be so cheesed off (pardon the pun) if i've been scoffing to my hearts content on synny stuff.

I've made dyno-rod soup for the first time tonight, actually its simmering now. it smells odd though. Might have to add a little curry powder. Anyone get like a red tomatoey froth on the top?

I'm just still so full of self doubt on all this, especially when the losses stop.

No snow here where i live. We got off lucky this time. I love the clear pavements, but the roads are a little slippy.
It's free on all plans hun.

wow welll done, that is a great weight loss!

So day one over and so far so good. My sister started with me and she is struggling, i don't think she is making use of the superfreefoods, so she is coming here for lunch lol

    All together yesterday I had

breakfast- slice wholemeal (b), egg, and mushrooms
    snack- some melon
lunch- pasta with mixed veg and dairylee triangles (a)
dinner- mixed veg sir fry with egg noodles, soy sauce and 3 slices of honey roast ham and a few bits of melon after
snacks- carrot sticks with tomato relish ( 2 syns) and 2 finger kit kat (5 1/2 syns)

    Does that look about right?

Also done 20 mins on my wii, which hasn't been used and mg i am so unfit and this morning my legs are sore and stiff, so don't knwo whether to leave it today or not. Wish all this snow and ice would disapper so i could get out for a walk.

Well done to all you losers.

I am going to have to go out today to get some rice for tea we have ran out. Today is very snowy here and otherwise I am staying home ( might bulk buy a bit of milk though!)

Unfortunately i am going to have to do a EE today even though I dont really have a lot of fruit in. I have started to defrost half a bag of berries and I have 2 past in nanas that will do. Maybe i can find something at the little shop Im going to pop to- not banking on it tho! Dinner is chilli ( made with steak) so has onions, toms etc in, and I will have salad, a taco shell (2.5) and rice with it and a bit of quark let out with skimmed milk instead of sour cream.

I made french onion soup yesterday ( a good cheap, superfree meal YAY) and I will have my HEB bread roll with it i think maybe with a grating of cheese on as well.

OK keep warm ladies ( and gents of course ;) ) xx
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    that is some loss Wootball!
Have you had to go out and get loads of new clothes? How much more till you are ready to maintain do you think?

I hope you agree to a story in the mag if you get asked, this is an amazing loss.

DO you think youll be able to stick with this for "life"

My personal feeling is like yours, misuse of free foods? I was considering makign some nachos ith lasange sheets then i realised I coudlnt be bothered :D What is the chickpea cake like, I mean, is it like a victoria sponge?

Another 2 stone, maybe 2 and a half and I will be about where I want to be. I'm 6"4 though so I will have to see how I look and feel after another stone to see if I want to go for the extra one. A stone isn't much so it's a toss-up which one I go for :D

I would probably do a story in the mag - never really thought about it since I'm not really doing this for anyone apart from me. I'm not sure they will have me in the mag though since there are so many fundamentals of the plan that I don't agree with and I won't pander to them for the sake of being in a magazine. Most of it is great but I know there is stuff that is just illogical or unnecessary and so I don't do it.

Will I be able to stick with it for life? I don't know yet. That's the intention, but reality isn't as sugar coated as that.

As for clothes - sort of. I've had to buy about 5 or 6 new suits for work, as well as replacing all my gym clothes and training gear a few times. I've never gone out and done an entire clothes replacement, all I've done is gone out the very second I realise something is too big for me and bought a new one.

Chickpea cake to me tastes and feels like any other cake. The crust is a little crispier but that's about it. It might be different for anyone that loves chocolate or cake, but I can take or leave either so just the fact that it is sweet does the trick for me. The essential thing is to use the most expensive sweetener you can buy.

    Morning everyone.

Has anyone got any advise of how to get past a plateau?
I've done all the usual of upping my fluids, making sure i write down every morsel that passes my lips, moving more (exercise) and still nothing.
This looks to be my 3rd week of STS and its getting me down.
On the good side, I started off pretty well and have lost 9.5lbs but i've been on plan since 7 Oct (8 weeks) so i'm not even averaging 2lbs per week.
I will happily accept my first STS as I did have 2 meals over plan but since then, i've been sticking to plan and nothing is working.

I dont go to a class so i dont have a SWC to ask. :-(

which plan are you doing? try something else,a red or a green day? I find that if i eat a Mars bar and a big cup of hot chocolate that jiggles my body into realising that i'm dieting, although it might not work for everyone ;)
you could try more super speed foods,or the meal plans on the main SW site? thats where i would start? hope this helps?

Eat junk for a day or so without going over your WEEKLY allowance, then get back 100% on plan still trying to stay below the weekly allowance.

So you think my body just needs a shake up?
Ok, i'll try the blow out day and then do the SW week on the website.

Sorry, i've mainly been doing EE as red and green confuses me. I saw someones green mealplan yesterday and they HEB'd some weighed meat. I dont get why you'd do that and call it green as it can be EE????

I was reading about someone doing a fast forward plan. Is that also something worth looking into or is it only for SW members?
  • I think I'm going to go for a green day today.
I just had a slice of white bread toast and peanut butter  8.5syns gone lol I don't want to have a blow out day so have planned the rest of the day accordingly.
