Evening everybody, I'm back out from lurking because I wighed myself this aftrennon and I'm 13st 2lbs, the heaviest I'v ever been. Last time a checked in with you all was a few weeks ago and I was 11st 9 I think.
I just keep picking away at foods, and not good foods. Decided I'm just going to have to not buy the naughty stuff as I have zero willpower. Cheese is especially off the shopping list!!
Right, so my food plan for tomorrw is;
Breakfast = lean bacon, 57g bread (HEB), 1 tbsp tomato sauce (1), frylight onion, 250ml semi skimmed (HEA).
Lunch = Pasta & sauce (2) lettuce, tomato, onion, beetroot.
Dinner = jacket potato, prawns, light mayo (2.5), salad as at lunch.
Snacks = fruit & flavoured water
Total syns = 5.5
Will catch up on thread (maybe not all of it ) when the little one is in bed. Hope your all well

Evening all! had another 100% day, 4 weeks tommorrow, the longest I have stuck with any sort of healthy eating plan, I'm so proud of myself
Also I realised today that I can pull my jeans on and off without undoing them, when in September I reckon I was half a stone from needing to buy the next size up :j
Breakfast
syn free pudding rice, hardly ate any as I thought it was vile.
Lunch
Leftover crazy pasta (2syn) (Hea), salad.
Dinner
4 Tesco light choices cumberland sausages (4syns) mash (1syn) green beans, baked beans, onions and gravy (2syns)
Snacks
2 alpen light bars, toffe and choc? (Heb)
Total syns

Thanks so much for doing that dontknowanymore. I'm a wee bit gutted - the cheesy macaroni used to be free!
I ate the full box as well for my tea last night - upside is I think that's still only 6 syns - even if it's more, I didn't have any syns on Monday and haven't had any today, so hopefully that'll make up for it! I'd been tempted to go to the shop and "spend" my syns on a treat for tonight (can't shake this craving for something nice!), but maybe I'll just stay home instead!
Anyways - today has looked a little like this for me so far:
B: 1 banana and mullerlight yog
L: HM veg soup1/2 baked sweet pot, with philli cheese (HEB) and chives
I've still another HEB to go? So I might have some crackerbreads (do they still count as HEB's?) and milk to use up my HEA.
That sound ok? (Still trying to get back into the swing of things!)

I've had 2 days 'off' the diet actually as been down with a stinking cold and too tired to cook :P That said, I've probably not taken in that bad a calorie count as I've not eaten that much!
tues: 4 slices of toast with butter, 8 ferrero rocher, pack of crisps, handful of dried fruit
wed: 2 slices WW bread with thin scrape of peanut butter + sliced banana, 2 fajitas (quorn, peppers... nothing bad apart from the wraps), 3 scoops icecream.
Ok, it's not ideal, but it's not a LOT either (not like i've sat there binging on treacle sponge pud... I can't see it affecting my weight too badly if I get back on track tomorrow?
Had tuesday off with cold and a random spell of vomiting, today off because our centre was shut. But tomorrow SOMEONE has to go in and guess who's within walking distanceHopefully will get me back on track though, I need routine in my day to eat regular healthy meals!!

The wholemeal ones do, the white/original ones don't.0 -
Thanks lightisfaing! It's the wholemeal ones I've got, so I'll have them later instead of a bar of chocolate!
I'm sure they'll taste every bit as good!
I hope you're feeling better soon

Crap_with_money.com wrote: »Thanks Whitehall - I guess it just depends on where you carry your weight maybe? I'm not very well endowed, and was always very slim - so any weight at all sits round my tummy, I got down to 9stone 11 and actually still had a tummy on me! I don't have your dedication to the gym though - I really need to address that as well as the diet - but I guess it's one step at a time for me!
xx
On a completely different note where did you girls find those lovely santa faces abnd christmas trees ?
I am also going to try Blackberrys quiche, tried that searching thing with only partial sucess. Cheers.0 -

It doesnt matter what you use your syns on, and you are still a good few away from the upper limit of 15 so don't worry!Crap_with_money.com wrote: »Anyways - today has looked a little like this for me so far:

That doesn't look anything like enough to me, even if you include a couple of crackerbreads! No fruit for snacks? No syns? oh go on, shove something else in or I shall feel like a complete pig for all I've eaten today! :rotfl::jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
