Betty, sorry I don't personally have a recipe because I just cook iyswim, but if you search this thread using the "search this thread" box at the top, put in "quiche" it will bring up all mentions - SW quiche is a quiche directly into a tin, no pastry, then someone suggested baking slices of potato in the bottom but as I don't have an oven I "bake" them in the microwave. But you will get 3 pages of links to posts, start from the last one and you can see how the ideas developed! I did give more details of the two I made over the past week back there somewhere.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

I think a chinese is FINE takeiteazy!
UNless its all my faves, duck, psring rolls, prawn balls, the fried stuff
Would have been FINE if I had left the prawn crackers alonehad plenty of veg with veg chow mein, couple spoons of special fried rice & all the veg from hubbys cantonese style sweet n sour
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I think i will be trying that fast forward plan, if I can't get any momentum by the time the festive season is over.....
I must say, I love the sound of that Alpen cheesecake.
Does mixing quark with lemon or vanilla essence work.....does it take on the flavour alright?
xx
