I found the breakfast couscous very odd. I might as well have just had ainsley as usual ! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Thanks for the meatball recipe MrsM, it sounds srummy. We love meatballs in this house but always have them with tomato sauce so the garlicky mushroom one will be a nice change. I have loads of mince in the freezer so I might give them a go next week.0

If you want the top to be crinkly would that work under the grill for five mins? Sorry, may be speaking thru my hat as I've never made rice pudding in my life.
Could use the microwave, but not sure of amounts to use and times and not got a big microwave pot only a tiny microwave saucepan! Will have to get a pyrex one at some stage, if I make porridge it normally escapes the pan and makes a mess:o. Will try and find a recipe.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

One of my fave meatball recipes is:
Lean mince
a beaten egg
some paprika
Make into balls and cook in a griddle pan,or george forman, to make little chilled burgers.
Meanwhile stirfry sliced peppers, onions, peppers, courgette strips, mushrooms in a large pan, add passata or chopped toms, half a teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon chilli powder.Cook down so the veg is still a bit crunchy but with a spicy sauce.
I have boiled rice with this and sour cream ( syn) cottage cheese/ quark let down with some skimmed milk from my allowance, loads of crispy shredded lettuce and radish.
Without extras this is all free on EE
With either taco shell or WW nachos (syns) for a mexican -ish feast. loads of SF in there. Also I do it with chicken fillets seasoned and grilled.
Goes down well! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

perhaps I misunderstood?
Oh it wasn't something mrs m had written.
I was just thinking of using my 2nd HEB on it.
You just microwave your 2 alpen lights for a max of 30 seconds (choc & fudge and choc & orange are best) and it softens it to make a pretend cheesecake base. Then for quickness i pour Activia yogurt on top and eat.
Or you can make up some lemony quark and put it on, pop in the fridge and have a cheesecake.

Morning everyone. It snowed all day yesterday and walking to work was a nighmare ... and it is still snowing now.. and freeeeeezing.
Well I have just had breakfast - yippeeee. I forced it down as I really wasn't hungry but I know I would have forgotten otherwise and having a peek on the scales this morning I am exactly the same as WI last Friday so it is having an affect on my loss. So probably just another 0.5lb loss again this week maybe I can squeeze 1lb.
I decided to take my measurements as I feel thinner... and it turns out I am a tiny bit thinner... 1 inch each of my bum and boobs and 0.5 of thighs so a little thinner since the begining of Nov when I last took them. Maybe it is the exercise tightening my body.
Another session on the wii shortly too.

I am joinng my first ever slimming world class tonight and am dreading it., (a).. i have always been a ww girl and (b) I haven't weighed myself in ages, but i know it will very scary.
I have been going through some old posts and it seems so strange to be about free foods. I really think i might struggle with this, as nothing is really free on ww.
Wish me luck!I would like to be able to admire a man’s opinions as I would his dog - without being expected to take it home with me."

Luck!
I find SW a lot easier than WW, you don't have to be constantly thinking about it. You do need to get your head around only eating when you're hungry though!0 -
Today might be a non-plan day for me! I'm not feeling well at all, just demolished 3 slices of toast and butter trying to settle my stomach!0
