Morning ladies, wi last night and lost half a pound which I was really disappointed with. I had completely stuck to plan, loads of super free and super speed foods and really upped my exercise but lost no more than I have each week for the last month. I feel like I am stuck and consultant last night had no explanation for it other than possibly fluid retention or it will come off next week. Only problem is I have lots of events and functions this coming week which is why I had been extra good the last week :eek:0

Just wondered what people do with leftover stir fry veg? I don't have any meat to make another stir fry, i do have some rice though I could put with it.... so slightly stumped here!
I make vegetable chow mein with mine. Basically just add noodles to it and a bit more sauce/flavouring.
I generally just use ginger, soy, garlic, worcester sauce and oyster sauce all mixed up - quantities I make up as I go along. I add water to this lot and cook the noodles in with it or you could cook the noodles separately in stock to give them a bit more flavour."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Morning everyone.
 to all the losses this week, it really is inspiring hearing about them... personally it urges me to do better as I don't want to be the one that never loses :rotfl:Not that I am great ...I'm a slow and sometimes steady I think :rotfl:. When I 1st started SW I reckoned I should be about 11 stone by now.... errrr.. Opps I am 12st 4lb. I don't mind too much as the past 5 months have been enjoyable and I sooo haven't felt like being on a diet and at the end of the day the scales are going down.
I ache like hell today... I could hardly walk last night so the Wii fit must be doing some good. I don't know whether to give my muscles a rest today to recover.
There was a change to yesterdays dinner... it ended up being SW chips and beans as I couldn't be bothered to cook and OH was away. But it was still with my Green day so no biggy.
Today - a simple green again
B - Frittata (F) spicy sauce (1)
L - Couscous salad (F) feta (A)
D - Veg Chilli/Curry and rice (F)
Snx - 4 ryvita (B) quark (F) cuc (F) choc treat (4) and lots of water and vanilla tea.
I've been keeping my hands busy knitting on the evening I have just finished my little Inuit girls coat :rotfl:it took me 3 days as I'm not great and it is only tiny. It is an Octopuss next."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Weigh in for me tonight.... I stayed the same the week before and lost half a pound last week so fingers crossed for a pound tonight as that'll take me to half a stone.
I have a bit of a quandry though... I really want to go to the gym before I go for weigh in but obviously if I go to the gym I'll be drinking lots of water as I exercise so my weigh in probably won't be accurate. What to do eh? In an ideal world I wouldn't be this tired and I'd be able to go to the gym after weigh in but that would mean getting home about 8.30pm and eating tea at about 9pm and I don't want to do this this week.0 -

Thanks for coming out of lurkdom to share the good news and congratulations:T
I've been to WI this morning and lost 1.5lbs. I'm delighted as it's taken me past 1 stone. I took great pleasure in picking up that bag thing at group which weighs a stone. It really brings it home. I'm hoping for Club 10 by Christmas.
Keep at it everyone, it's sooooo worth it!0 -
Good afternoon all from a snowy Germany
Well folks its blinkin freezing here..... If this is anything to go by it looks like we are in for on heck of a winter again.....

- banana
- 4 plums
- luxury cauli cheese (1.5+A)

) hubby is on duty today so will be away all night - so that lot should tide me over ..and I have lots of fruit in too...
We got the top up shop done last night so I now have plenty of milk, fruit n veg in again -I can't relax if I start running low on any of those. Hubby will have tomorrow of in lieu of being on duty -so we would normally go for a walk around the golf course -well THAT ain't gonna be happening if its as cold as it is today -so we will have a trip to a bigger naafi to see if there is anything interesting,,,
ooohh The first of my clothes order has just arrived -the long dress for the big function and do you know what???? I blinkin LOVE it (I could have got away with a size smaller -but better safe than sorry)- and the only bit sticking out is my boobs :rotfl: -that has to be a first for me. I looked in the mirror and my first thought was "oh my god Im NOT going to stick out like a sore thumb" :j. Is it so sad that I wanted to swish around the house in it for the rest of the day?
. Im going to be really good and hide it away until I get ready on the 10th -and suprise hubby -the last time he saw me in a dress was our wedding day -8 years ago
.... just need to get some mega heels now so it just skims the floor!
Ayway -enough waffle from me for now.. have a lovely day all and keep at it-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Wow Mrs M that sounds fab! You have done so well, it's lovely to hear you being so positive about your new dress...I bet you'll look amazing and your hubby will be wowed big time!!
I've got the week off to a good start after WI last night. Having a green day:
Brekkie - rice, yogurt, rasps, strawbs, banana
Snack - Pear
Lunch - sw quiche (1syn for bacon + half HEA), beans, jelly (0.5)
Snack - apple
Tea - chicken salad (HEB, might have lots and call it both of them!), jacket spud or wedges, salad, salad cream (2)
Rest of HEA - milk
If I don't have 2xHEB worth of chicken I'll maybe have a fibre plus
I've also got enough syns to have a treat later if I need it but I probably won't! I'm trying to keep syns low this week as I'm out shopping for the day on saturday and it's my birthday on Tuesday.0 -
Loads more great losses:money: Well done guys.
I weighed in this morning at 9st 10, which is ok, i have kinda bounced up and down, losing and gaining the same pound for about 3 weeks now:o I haven't been 100% on plan for the last few weeks so not too much damage done. Plus it was * week so glad to be back to normal, feel much less bloated.
Been buying some naughty bits for xmas, need to hide them from myself. Honey roast cashews and peanuts with little bits of choc covered honeycomb:D They sound yummy.
Currently eating a big bowl of lentil soup, it is blooming freezing outside, needed warmed up!
Today is another green day.
Had a coffee before i went out this morning
Breakfast 2 x alpen light(B), nana, FF peach activia (0.5), tea
snack grapes, ff cherry activia
lunch HM lentil soup, WM roll (B), ham (1), pickle (0.5)
Used both B and will have an A as milk in coffee/tea.
Dinner will be pasta, i bought the garlic and herb philly light as it is BOGOF in tesco. Can i use that as an A? If so how much? Or can some kind soul tell me how many syns in it.
