I would call that GREEN -and then you need to have another heB and also a heA (although you don't have to have the 2nd A)

    Evening all

Well done on the losses again ladies :T -

We have just had dinner and the braised beef n garlic pie was nomnomnom -so I will post the recipe tomorrow ;)

I have burnt 550cals on the wii today(playing squash and step) *polishes halo* :A:rotfl:
it only took 40mins -so Im going to try and do that every day (which "should" equate to 1lb off a week)
I have also kept up on the 30 thingies on the leg magic every time I have been to the bathroom ...
I can't remember who asked but the "leg magic" is this:-
    41rgYGhLaNL._SL500_AA300_.jpg
Hubby got me it as a suprise as I had thought about having one for ages... it seems to be working -mind doing 30 X the number of times I go to the loo -it better had :p
oohh and shock horror -a few weeks ago I ordered some trousers in an 18 to slim into -well they sent 2 pairs in a 16  -but I kept them as I will need that size one day, well just for a chuckle I thought I would see how far off I was and well b*gger my old boots -they went up, fastened(without cutting my circulation off) -and I could have "rammed" the zip up -but I decide against it ;) - Im under NO illusion that its probably a freak event -I won't wear them until they are really fitting properly but well at least Im getting there :j

yep msgnomey on Green you can have 2A+2Bs :j-AND if you are a cheese head... you can actually count cheese as a heB too :D

It was me who asked. It looks like a thing of torture to me. Well done on the weight loss and inch loss too. And well done on getting into your size 16s!!

As soon as DB goes away I will get my wii out again and start trying to lose some weight that way too. I did think the leg magic might be a wii fit thing.:o

well my planned tea of mushy pea curry changed to plain old beans On a JP as I just couldn't motivate myself to cook :o

Mr Dizzy came home, jumped in the shower and ate his rather lovely smelling chilli with garlic bread from the freezer (the chilli was syn free so I could have had some I guess....but its a green day- and I was stuffed full of beans :p)

Off now to eat my HEB fibre plus.....not managed any syns yet :o will force a kit kat and a couple or three mint mingles too (gosh this is torture :rotfl:)

Hope anyone weighing in tonight had good news from the scales ;)
