I do quite a lot of cycling and walking and seem to be losing inches off my legs and behind but I never seem to lose any from my tummy.
Please don't say gyms ... I hate gyms.I much prefer being in the fresh air. I do have one of those big exercise balls which I inflated and then never used and it is covered in dust in the shed I think ...... would that help target the tum?
If not that, anything else? I do swim but our nearest pool is some distance away and not that nice to be honest.
Crunches and leg raises will sort out your upper and lower tum:D I really need to get doing some of these myself:cool:Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -

Right so multipack crisps and I pinched maybe 5th of the bag , so I will call that 1.5 The weetos I had about 5-8g, so call that 5th again and 1.5(to be on the safe side!)
It just shows though, it is so easy to add extra syns without even thinking:o
I will go back and update my post now with the extra syns.
and that's why the consultants advise us to aim for about 10 syns, because it's easy to add extra syns without thinking (and equally easy to underestimate the syns you are aware of). Aiming for ten means many of us are having 15 without realising it; whereas if you do have 15 obvious syns you might well be having 20 per day and baffled as to why the weight is static
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hello everyone, good luck to those weighing-in tonight, I wish we could all weigh on a Friday rather than right after the weekend
Reporting in on the (version of) kedgeree from the EE cookbook. It's very nice. Not the best meal ever but certainly very nice. However, I varied the recipe a lot by
Using smoked haddock instead of smoked salmon
Using uncooked rice and lentils eg cooking from scratch
Adding some peas, also courgette and pepper to increase the superfree.
Ignored the bit about a boiled egg cos I don't think it would have re-heated well in the work microwave
Because I only used half a fillet of haddock I have decided to count today as green and have now added some little cubes of blue cheese to my reheated pickled onion soup for supper .... yum yum :j:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
