I do quite a lot of cycling and walking and seem to be losing inches off my legs and behind but I never seem to lose any from my tummy.

Please don't say gyms ... I hate gyms. :( I much prefer being in the fresh air. I do have one of those big exercise balls which I inflated and then never used and it is covered in dust in the shed I think ...... would that help target the tum?

If not that, anything else? I do swim but our nearest pool is some distance away and not that nice to be honest.

Put them in the freezer and only take out one a day.....have you ever tried eating them frozen!!!!!!! its possible but flippin hard work so you will at least have time to stop yourself..... thats what I do with my choccy ;)

what sauce mix were you having?? do you have to have the whole pack for tea? can you maybe have 1/2 ? x

Hmm haven't tried curley wurley from freezer before, however my plan was to freeze the one I'm allowed today cos I do love frozen chocolate :o:D And someone on here said to freeze then break it up into bits, and I think this sounds good like it'd eek it out for longer! Hmm. I'm quite hoping that the fact that they are curley wurley and I am not as bothered by them as other choccy bars (having done them to death on diets in the past!) i can have one at a time. At the very least even I won't be able to manage 24 in one sitting! So we shall see. :o

Asda cheese sauce. It makes a ridiculously small amount (1/2 pint) so I think realisitcally if I tried to ration it I'll end up having the whole lot. i tend to try to apportion all of the syns for dish to day 1 that I intend to have the dish, on the basis that I quite often go back for 2nds or 3rds and have none left by the next day :o

Hmm lets see. 3.5 + 6 = 5.5 syns to play with. I could throw half of the mix straight into the bin. There's a thought. Then again I want to make 2 portions (in the hope I'm going to leave a portion for tomorrow) so i might stilll go to Sainsburys for the quark and from frais to make a syn free sauce, and maybe include a sprinkle of this sauce mix for flavour? hmm.

Will let you know what I decide, as and when my poor addled brain actually decided to make a decision! :o:o:o

How about a class, or is that too gym-like? Pilates or yoga would work your core strength. Racket sports probably would too.

    Thanks

Right so multipack crisps and I pinched maybe 5th of the bag , so I will call that 1.5 The weetos I had about 5-8g, so call that 5th again and 1.5(to be on the safe side!)

It just shows though, it is so easy to add extra syns without even thinking:o

I will go back and update my post now with the extra syns.
