  • Bad night for me too, 1/2lb on (stuck to the plan all week apart from one junky meal). So back on it religiously this week to try and hit my 1 stone award (1 1/2 lb to go). I tend to think that small amounts of exercise are rather worthless (as really, what's 100 cals?) but I've not touched the wii fit this week so maybe it is worth it!
  • Hi All

Im also struggling this week, had a good loss on my monday weigh in but instead of motivating me to stay on it i keep picking at naughty things, and i just cant leave the peanut butter alone!! I love it but its so evil on the syns grrrr

Im out at the weekend so i know i will be consuming stupid amounts of alcohol so ive a terrible feeling i will put on what i lost this week sob sob

  • Hi Girls, I'm new here, been lurking for a while

I joined SW about 8 weeks ago, lost for the first few weeks, was delighted, I found it so easy. Then I went on holidays and I havent been able to get back 'into it'.
I'm so down, I KNOW I can do it, I just cant get into the bit if you know what I mean?

Hubby doesnt help much, I'm at home all day with the kids, then go out to work, then some nights straight to the gym, I get home and he's done nothing, not even put on rice for my supper. Drives me mad. I often find myself not going to the gym as I know what I'm going to have to do when I'm home so I just go home and do it?

I havent been to meeting in 3 weeks, by the looks of my scales I have put on 5lbs. I get weighed on a Wednesday, so I have a whole week. I am determined to go Wed and have lost a few lbs. I think when I get back to the weight I was before my hols I'll feel a bit better.

I'll be here for lots of help!

Well done to you losers, and hugs to those who are struggling at the mo with itty bitty gains:o

Its WI for me tonight and Im keeping it all crossed that Ive undone the damage of saturdays meal out with my extra superspeed foods this week(poor Mr Dizzy has suffered thru the noises & stinks all week :rotfl:) talking of which..... I put the theory to him that people were better off being taller in the Dyno Rod environment-but he reckons not so, as the air higher up will dilute the smell......so us shorties are worse off - HIM INCLUDED:D

    Green Day again for me

Brekki melon & rasbs HEA milk for teas

Lunch Dyno Rod soup HEB ryvita 1/2 HEA 2 mad cow cheese melon

    snack before WI satsumas

TEA after WI ?? not sure either pasta in sauce or JP & cottage cheese with beans

    HEB2 fibre plus

Drinks green tea & lemon water

Have got new exercise thing for the wii with a camera that is supposed to tell you whether you are doing the exercises right so i am going to
give that a go over the weekend and try to do some exercise every day!

Well done to all the losers and hugs to those who stayed the same or had a small gain x

    Right!!!!!

Brekkie: 2 weetabix milk (HEA) and sugar 1 syn, banana

Lunch: salad, jacket potato, baked beans

Tea: Beef casserole = beef (HEB) carrots, onions, peppers, stock cube, herbs potato wedges

    Ummmm think that's it

snacks WILL be fruit oh and I'll prolly make a sugar free jelly for a sweet kick!!
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

Spooky - that's exactly what I'm having

Brekkie : All Bran HEB, ML, thawed berries

    Lunch : Wot she 'ad!

Dinner : Probably SW wedges and mushy peas with a bit of gravy 3 syns (I know, chips and gravy. What can I say, I'm a heathen!)

Snacks : Grapes, satsumas, banana, apples

HEA : Milk in teas through the day. Today's turning out to be Green, not EE, so I should have another HEB, but i don't know if I'll be able to squeeze one in.

I'm saving the rest of the syns for lunch out on Saturday, The rest of the wine got drunk last night (oops!) so I now have 51/105 syns remaining for the week.
