Hiya and welcome to the thread! What an amazing weight loss - that 2 stone will be off in no time! I weigh in on a Thursday too!:)
Walkers French Fries are 4 syns if they are a 19g bag or 4.5 syns if they are a 22g bag. As far as I'm aware Activia fat free yogurts are free from syns.
Some of the Mug Shotz have syn values - I know the Tomato and Herb one is free of syns and the Creamy cheese one is 2 syns. Tried to look up the rest of it on the SW website but it wouldn't recognise them.:(0 -

Good luck for WI. I'm sure you will be fine. I suffer with that problem too and why does it always occur on the day you are going to get weighed!:(0 -

What an amazing achievement. Well done:T I'm new to this (hence checking my book regularly) so I think your menu looks a bit low on fruit/veg (unless you have loads lurking in your pasta sauce).0 -
Welcome BanburyBride sure you will shift that pesky 2 stone no problem.0

I just had to phone the syn hotline for something else I needed the syn value for and I went onto Tesco's website as it gives the nutritional information for the skinny cow skinny dipper mini ice cream lollies - choc and caramel and they said they work out at 3.5 syns a lolly - still a great find tho - thank you!:beer:0 -

I've taken lactulose in the past and like you was very concerned that it might have a syn value as it tastes so sugary. It was a few years' back that I asked the syn hotline and they said the beneficiary effect of taking it would outweigh any syn value it might have.0 -
Good morning all
Hello to the newbies and well done to those with losses :j
Another overcaast drizzly day here -would be nice to be able to say something else
Anyhoo -I have tonights dinner marinading in the fridge so I thought I would post on here before I get on...
So then -today is a red day... and looks like this:-- 250ml semi (A)
- Thai tuna steak (1.5)
- steamed savoy cabbage
- sf jelly and berries (1)
- 1/2 pot activia (1.25)
- apple
- sticky ginger pork (3)
- stir fried:-
- spring onions
- celery
- carrots
- peppers
- broccoli
- sugar snaps
- beansprouts *if I can get any tonight*
- sf jelly with berries (1)
- 1/2 activia (1.25)
-so I will try and figure out using my 2 Bs - I guess I could shove some frozen peas in my stir-fry to use 1 up
I just didn't fancy brekkie - * week has kicked in and I have to be careful as for some reason it always makes me feel like I have just finished eating so I don't eat enough :eek:I guess it is better than it making me crave junk
Anyway -I had better get off for now -no doubt I will be back later..
Have a lovely day all.....-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50
