    Afternoon, feeling really motivated today:beer:

Also had a mild panic attack earlier as i realised my first exam is 5 weeks today:eek: Better get my bum in gear if i want to get 4 As for them.

Had a good day food wise, same as usual for breakfast and lunch and snack so far. Used 2Bs and 1.5As, and used 7 syns.

Dinner will be SW chips, beans and scrambled egg if i can be bothered with the egg;) I bought a 'fridge' tub of heinz beans, it is a fab idea. It is basically a big plastic tub of beans that keeps for 5 days once opened, i eat a lot of beans so it is really handy.

I have the opposite problem to Dizzy and others, i'm never off the blooming toilet on this diet! Sorry if TMI, but i can 'go' up to 5 times a day, is that normal????

when i do sw my bum is permanantly attcahed to the toilet seat lol. :)

I have found coffee-mate in keyword search for syns online. 1.5 syns for me today used in coffee-mate :(
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

2 co-codamol and I permanently can't go; so I really empathise. I'm now taking 4 satchets of Laxido orange sugar free a day, 1 satchet of Fybogel orange and between 3-5 senna a day! And I still struggle to go!

    Afternoon all,

Lost 1/2lb this week - which is good considering the weekend i had!

Been quite depressed recently - work is extremley stressful & i don't get paid enough (in most peoples opinions) for the responsibility i have! To top it all i have to fit 5 days (prob 7!) days worth of work into 4 because of my part-time uni course! Just keep feeling like a need to cry - maybe my time of the month? (on depo & don't get monthly visitor)

Needless to say i scoffed lots after WI yesterday! But am on the wagon now!

If anyone has watched River Cottage - the butternut squash & nut butter soup is gorgeous - made my own version but i loved it!

Was thinking of trying the noodle thing aswell - still got it sky +'d so can look back at it!

Today is EE (for a change)

B - Cherries (frozen ones from sainsburys 3 packs for £5) with ff fromage frais
S - Banana & mango (frozen from sainsburys)
L - Quorn chilli & pasta (mixture of leftovers)
    S - French fries (4) 1/2 pear - didn't taste right!
D - Beef koftas (if DH has soaked skewers) with SW wedges, swede, broccoli & tomato/mushroom/onion sauce
S - Either 5 scan bran with quark mixed with lemon curd or options or fibre plus or alpen lights or ryvita minis or cheese on toast!

Still feels wrong to have meat & potato together!

Good luck for WI's & well done to loosers x

I have had such a weird day, I only just realised I haven't eaten anything today. We got the call from Ofsted yesterday (sorry for swearing, any other teachers!) so was early to work with a thermos of black coffee and genuinely forgot to eat anything all day. Cracking headache now, not surprisingly. OH has kindly cooked tea. I haven't looked yet but I suspect it is leeks in cheese sauce and baked potatoes - an old calorie-ridden favourite. I am going to go super-flexi a.k.a. totally stuffing the diet for one evening.
I have sugar-free jelly for a treat afterwards. Will get back on track tomorrow.
Thanks for the birthday wishes flutterbyuk. I love my food processor, it helps so much with salads, soups, blitzing the veg for risottos, so many things. It often makes the difference between being able to face cooking or going for ready-made rubbish. Some of them can be a pain to wash up, might be worth having that in mind when you look at them.
Good luck everyone! Some great losses, well done!

    evenin all

Good day so far today. I am experimenting with not writing down everything i eat (i'm ex-WW, and writing down everything is one of the things that drove me up the wall), but it feels WEIRD. I'm thinking of using the kitchen whiteboard to write down just HEs and syns, does anyone else do this?

    So far today:

    B: banana, FF yoghurt
L: jacket potato, 40g LF cheese (A), beans. orange, apple, dried apricots (B), FF yoghurt.
    S: 2x rich tea biscuits (4)
    S: hifi bar (B)
D: dunno. maybe leftover bolognese as not really in the mood to cook?

I am pondering goals tonight. Me and my friend both put 1 1/2 stone total loss as our christmas goal (first WI was 13th Oct). I don't know why but not feeling optimistic tonight, even though I've lost 9.5lbs so far? Someone give me a kick up the bum and tell me 11.5lb is totally achievable in 8 weeks, would you?! :o (think this might be due to having 2 days off plan and it's * week too so dreading WI tomorrow!)

Its my anti seizure meds after the brain op & now the tum meds that bung me up ....Im on Movicol 3 a day normally and I still aint going as I should :( In emergency situations when Its been over 6 days they've given me 8 sachets in one go:eek: - its no fun is it :o

I spend far too much time on the loo too, but always have done (i think it's being veggie, beans and tvp/quorn are good for regularity :D).

    Bran Flakes (part HEB)
    ML
    Berries
Ryvita (other part HEB) + cheese triangle (part HEA) + cucumber
Milk in tea (other part HEA)

Lunch will be mainly fruit as I'll be at a meeting

Dinner - lamb chops, mash and veggies with gravy

But it changed somewhat. That's the perils of being off site and having to eat with clients who've provided a buffet lunch.

I had taken my own fruit, expecting that I'd have a break from the meeting when I could get some fresh air and sit on a bench outside - but no...they'd ordered a sandwich buffet.

So I had two halves of sandwich, one cheese, one ham with salady bits. Both had either butter or mayo on - not ideal, but what can you do? I also had a banana and some grapes. Managed to resist the crisps - major stumbling block in the past.

So today now looks like this : Red Day

    Bran Flakes (part HEB)
    ML
    Berries
Ryvita (other part HEB) + cheese triangle (part HEA) + cucumber
Milk in tea (other part HEA)

Sandwich 15 syns + HEB + HEA I'm estimating here - but it includes an extra piece of wholemeal bread and the butter/mayo.
    Banana
    Grapes

Lamb chops (these were fab, done on the GF and totally scrummy)
Plateful of veggies, but no carby ones
    Gravy 3 syns
    Apple
    Orange

Slightly over - but I was well under yesterday so it'll all balance out.
