  • Hello ladies

Well done to everyone who has lost some weight. Hugs to all those who need them.

Been a bit manic at chez moi over the last few days. Husband was doing stock take so I was alone with the toddler all weekend.
See that wagon rolling off over the horizon..... yep I can see it too and that's because I've fallen off it!
That said, I did get on the scales today and it's 1lb off. Better than nowt! So we are at 19st 4lbs and back on track.

Today looks like this - Green

Cereal hoops - HEB (are these syn free?) Cheerios but saino's brand.
    Milk HEA
    Banana

    Spaghetti
    Quark
    Tomato sauce made at home.

    Pork chop
    Potatoes
    Veggies

I've got a slice of pumpkin pie here... it looks yummy... what would I syn that as then? All help gratefully recieved.

Well I heated up my dynorod soup in microwave at lunch time and managed to eat 3/4 of quite a large portion so hope it will do some good. I have two other portions of soup at home in the fridge, how long will they last or should I freeze them?
  • Hi guys, I know this is really cheeky but have finally made the decision to get back on the wagon again and texted my consultant to ask for a password but of course it turns out it's all PIN now and I don't have a number yet. Anyway if someone could be kind enough to check the number of syns in 20g of green and black plain chocolate I'd be really grateful. Promise to get the pin thing sorted out at group this week!

Im really funny at the mo with my last attempt at poisoning myself with breakfast rice :o :rotfl: Id say it would be fine for a couple of days in the fridge.....its only veggies. But if you dont plan on eating it tommorow and the next day then Id be tempted to at least freeze one of them just in case.

I couldn't find Green & Black's plain chocolate; but thought this may give you a rough guide.

I am still off the wagon :( , the plan is to go to a meeting tommorow night stay for the meeting then climb right back on that wagon on thursday moring. I feel ill anyway, falling off the wagon has made me eat to the point i feel sick grrrr. I hate my lack of self control, i nkow i will feel much healthier when i am eating properly.

hope you are all doing well

Big (hugs) Vicki - we've all done exactly what you have. I know when I was on honeymoon a month ago I eat to the point I felt sick and then beat myself up about it. The most important thing is you've seen what's been happening and are taking positive steps to get back on the Plan - don't forget that whatever goes on can easily come off and my consultant always says "a quick gain can become a quick loss".:)

    Afternoon, feeling really motivated today:beer:

Also had a mild panic attack earlier as i realised my first exam is 5 weeks today:eek: Better get my bum in gear if i want to get 4 As for them.

Had a good day food wise, same as usual for breakfast and lunch and snack so far. Used 2Bs and 1.5As, and used 7 syns.

Dinner will be SW chips, beans and scrambled egg if i can be bothered with the egg;) I bought a 'fridge' tub of heinz beans, it is a fab idea. It is basically a big plastic tub of beans that keeps for 5 days once opened, i eat a lot of beans so it is really handy.

I have the opposite problem to Dizzy and others, i'm never off the blooming toilet on this diet! Sorry if TMI, but i can 'go' up to 5 times a day, is that normal????
