  • Good Morning everyone

WI last night and it's a 2lb off!

Also been told it's back to basics week, which I think for me is a good thing as I've been indulging a little bit, I'm certain I went over my syns on 3 occasions last week and it also was my *week. All I wanted were sweet things. I tried my best to rein it in, seems to have worked too :o

I know Christmas is coming up and have to admit that I want to enjoy my Christmas and have my dinner and I'm planning on doing exactly that. I'm hoping it wont result in a huge gain but I can handle a little one.:rotfl:

    Well done on your loss!:T:T

I find Christmas very difficult as my DH needs to gain weight; so we have lots of naughties in. But I did manage to persuade DH to have a box of Thorntons in rather than a massive tin of sweets which will mean I will eat less chocolates as they are so rich.:D

Morning ladies, made my first batch of dynorod soup last night and brought some into work today to try for lunch. Fingers crossed I like it as I can be quite fussy about soups.
Had a mango activa snackpot for breakfast and two satsumas - yummy
Well done to all you losers and hugs to those who need them.
  • Howdy! :)

I pretty much stuck to plan yesterday, I may have gone a couple of syns overs but I shall reign back today.

Thanks for the apple ideas, I peeled and chopped and put them in the freezer for now and will make some pies up at a later date. I'm loving the meringue idea as well.

Another Extra Easy as I have stuff from yesterday to use up:

    Breakfast
SW Quiche with toms, mushrooms, onion, turkey and ham slices
Milk for tea from allowance (HEA)

    Lunch
I'm not sure as i'm going to visit my friend and her new baby. Might take something with me as she probably won't have time to do anything.

    Dinner
Butternut Squash, leek and courgette risotto (was lovely really creamy) with Grilled Salmon.

    Snacks
    Hi fi Bar (HEB)
    Banana
    Orange

Might also have some Ryvita fruit crunch with Lemon Curd Quark on later for 7 syns.

Hope everyone has a great day.

I love Thorntons! The only way for me not to eat them is to ensure they are Dark Chocolate. :rotfl:

Good luck with the Dyno Rod soup Primmer, it is nice and it really does work :)

Yes so do I - we've got about 6 boxes in our house at the moment - 5 of which are Christmas presents and the other box are for us for Xmas. I just hope I can stay strong until Christmas!:rotfl:
