Hi girls,
Hope everyone is doing ok.
I had WI yesterday and lost 2.5lbs which takes me to 9.5 in 5 weeks.
I had a lovely meal today from the red sw book but amended it by adding rice to make it EE. It was the Pork Ratatoille. I made loads so Dh has got it again tomorrow in a VERY large portion.
So todays food for me...
Breakfast- 2 weetabix with milk, tea and coffee (HEB & HEA)
Lunch- Pork Ratatoille with Savoury Rice
Dinner- Activia yogurt, pear, apple, 2 satsumas and a banana
My meals were a little late as i didnt get up until 10am so breakfast was at 11, then I want shopping so didnt eat lunch until 4.30.
Dinner will be at about 8pm0 -

M&S lower fat cheese is nice too and surprisingly cheap! Is only £7.xx per kilo, some of the other lower fat ones i've seen have been £10/£11 per kilo.
Thanks for that, I like Cathedral city and I will be near an M&S on Thursday so will pop in and stock upI`m not sweet toothed luckily, but I do love my cheese

Dizzy - glad you have got a diagnosis. We had a chat a while back about the hernia. My OH has it too he was diagnosed after many tests and Dr's appointments. The meds he is taking seem to be doing the trick they are called Lansoprazole (30mg). So fingers crossed they do the same for you too and you don't have to suffer anymore surgery than is really necessary.
Terrible day for me from the point of view that I have under eaten terribly. I really am not in the mood to be bothered to prepare or cook anything.
I will have to do some batch cooking as I have been feeling like this the past few days... get all the cooking over and done with at once. Problem is I only have a little freezer, oh well... moan over:D
So food diary...*hangs head in shame*
B - coffee & cup of tea
L - fritatta and brown sauce (1)
D - SW chips and beans (OH is cooking it :rotfl:)
snx - 1 ryvita and a sliver of cheese (0.25 B and 0.5 A)"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

I just wondered because I have OpenOffice on my netbook and it does most things Office does but is a much smaller programme. Still have Office on my laptop and have no problems swopping between the two

oh and i have been having 3 bananas most days which can't have helped.

sorry to come on and moan again
