So far today I gave had melon and two alpen light bars (heb), planning on having jacket with cheese (hea) and cucumber for lunch and for dinner I have chicken breast wrapped in ham, roasted veg and couscous.
  • Today is day one of "Operation Clear the Freezer!" so naturally my food is going to be a bit.... random shall we say! :p

Today is EE (excuse the colour - i've just started "blogging" lol)

Cup of Tea followed by 3 rich tea fingers :o (3)

  • Morning Morning,

I'm back for a few days now so will get back on plan and menu posting. I'm away again from Sat-Wed next week so need to try and mitigate against any syns that inevitably creep in when someone else is preparing food for you.

    B - Banana/Fibre Plus (HEB)
    L - Pasta n Sauce + 3 mini babybel light (HEA)
D - Veg and Bean Chilli and Rice

So a green day with all syns and a HEA and HEB to use up, which I'm sure I will. I also plan on getting to the gym at some point today.

    Have a good day xx

LOL blogging is an online log or diary. I started it yesterday when i was bored lol http://vixiepixieslimming.blogspot.com/ basically i am putting my meal plans on there along with recipes etc. Its a bit bare at the mo but I hope to fill it soon!! :) Every time i try a recipe i'm gonna take a picture and upload it!

Am trying to pluck up courage to put my pictures on there to show my progress but I haven't found any decent ones as yet lol

  • Gah, stupid unplanned wine and baileys faries. Didn't even REMEMBER that I was on slimming world :rotfl: Which concerns me. I usually at least remember and then decide to have it anyway! :rotfl:

Still, all through the sleepless hangovery night I was craving the local shop's most delicious delicacy - the BEST hangover cure in the world ever: a baguette with sausages and bacon and cheese and tomato ketchup in it. I drool just thinking of it. Somewhere in the middle of the clearing hangover haze I remembered about slimming world and tried to to talk myself around to having something else stodgy but less syns. SO I got up this morning and made: Smash with baked beans and egg mayo. It was amazingly lovely and comforting, and I have now drunk almost 2 litres of water already this morning, and have only been to the loo once. Methinks I am dehydrated in the extreme!

So I'm on plan :T And feeling all fuzzy around the edges. Which is not good with the amount of work I need to do today! :o

Quick question Vixie_Pixie, do all noodles have a syn value on EE or just the ones you're eating? I've been having Batchelors Golden/Pilau rice lately (which I believe is syn free) and thought I might try noodles as a change but I don't want to have syns accidentally. It's bad enough with the planned ones:o
