tummy feels really dodgy today, youngest one (4 yr old DS) was ill yesterday and said his tummy was hurting and he hardly ate, also had a high temp, think I may have caught that, not surprising seeing as he was practically glued to my hip yesterday...... i'm not really complaining I love mummy cuddle time especially as he was singing bruno mars just the way you are but changed the words to love mummy just the way you arehe's a little :A when he wants to be.

Update on the Tum specialist visit......
Its def a sliding hernia that ive got (which is not a little gremlin type thing running around creating havoc in my belly as I had imagined) apparently Its a part of the top of my stomach that pops out of a 'hole' at the top as and when it feels like it and then pops back down again  probable cause - all the sickness from the constant vertigo attacks.....and being overweight:(
Soooo Ive got a choice - they can operate and repair the hole...and then do something where they wrap the hernia bit around my oesophagus (sp) and fasten it so it cant move.....but its a biggish op and means liquid diet for so many weeks after-and sometimes they make it too tight so you cant eat properly and it has to be re done...Or I can just see how I go for now on the meds, as losing weight can reduce the symptoms - tho it wont make it go away as the 'hole' is always going to be there. plus Ive got my big magic ear op coming up and thats quite important to me at the mo too.
Im not going to have many places left for them to cut up at this rate
Either way I cant do anything until after my hols so I go back to see him in the new year0 -

hi dizzy at least they know what it is and how to fix it, even if it's gotta wait for you to be ready to want/be prepared to do it then so be it they'll just have to wait.
ooooooooo and thank for all the poo and farty talk, love a bit of that but DP ultra sensitive about stuff like that so I never get the chance to discuss/listen to talk like that anymore, it certainly cheers up my day and usually has me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:with DP looking at me as if I'm ultra mad (he's knows I'm quite mad hence my username)
keep it up girly and fingers crossed your ear op happens soon
would a liquid diet be so bad chocolate is esp good to liquidise with milk:T

So did I Clandestine1 , I grated and sprinkled it on cauliflower and baked it in a hot oven. No taste, no brown crispiness, no nothing! Thanks for the tip, I'll try Morrisons next.0 -

I don't like low low either. Cathedral city light is nice though, and is 2 for £4.50 in tesco at the moment.
M&S lower fat cheese is nice too and surprisingly cheap! Is only £7.xx per kilo, some of the other lower fat ones i've seen have been £10/£11 per kilo.
Had another green day today!
First thing - coffee
Breakfast - nana, ff activia peach (0.5), 2 alpen light(B)
Lunch - HM lentil soup, WM roll (B), 12g cheese, ham (0.5), pickle (0.5)
