I have been very un SW and un MSE and got a takeaway. Unfortunately there will be enough leftover for lunch tomorrow too!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Today is my first day and I'm feeling very virtuous already! I went out with a bang last night......cider and pizza BUT I've thrown the 3 slices we had left over in the bin this morning! :T I prepared my magic porridge last night and I've eaten that and I've got the 10 speed soup I prepared on Saturday out of the freezer ready for lunch
I've sorted my menus for the week - well until Friday at least and that's on the fridge so I'm set to go
Wish me luck.......:p

Kaydn - sometimes being good/bad takes a week to catch up so please don't get too downhearted.
Just caught up with the weekends chat.. Takeiteasy - I agree Excellent Rugby match on Saturday, it's been long time since we beat Australia so convincingly. Wish we'd been there, last time we saw them at Twickenham we lost. We've not been this year, must go next year, it's a great day out with the party on the car park after.
Well I have to hang my head in shame at having a bad weekend with the chocolate biscuits. I collect tins and M&S have new Christmas tins with yummy biscuits in so I bought one and we have spent the weekend eating them. I have used up all my syns for the week in them too :eek::eek:
I have sort of made up a little rule for me this week.... we guestimate that 20 cals = 1 syn so I am reversing it and exercising to gain some syns for this week only - as pay back for my naughtiness. So today I need to 'earn' 200 cals on the bike to get 10 syns. I've just done 135 cals. Apparently at 12 stone 1 min on the bike burns 9 cals and I've just done 15 mins. I will do another 15 mins later in the day. This will get me some treats and have a bit left over. This is a one off, I don't plan to make a habit of it.
I'll post a meal plan later as I have no idea what to eat today as supplies are running low. I have half a fritatta in the fridge leftover from yesterday so there is 1 thing at least.
Have a fab day everyone xxx"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

Dizzy - green tea/lemon - does it taste very tea like? I have been given 2 teabags of said green tea to try but can't get up the courage to try it as don't like tea. Want hubby to try it 1st.
Speaking of hubby, he made a comment yesterday which made me think have I gone too far. We were in bed [now now girls] I was half on my side and he had a hand on my side, I stretched and he went ewwwwwwwwwwww that feels horrible. He didn't like my 'ribs feeling like a skeleton' as he said. Made me feel unattractive I can tell you
.
WI this morning hasn't helped as lost another 1.5lb so had 4 bits of toast with spread AND jam/lemon curd to make up for it :rotfl:. Roast pork today so WILL have crackling, yorkshires and thick gravy oh and buttery mash as Sundays don't count.
Well done Mrs M still a good loss as usual :T :A
Thanks for the ideas on HEb's never thought of dried fruit, could of had that in my rice pud.
Crikey - if my husband said that to me I would just smile sweetly at him and say - Really - none of my other men complain about it!When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0
