The bluetooth thing on the iPhone is a bit of an annoyance, but iPhones have always been that way and maybe it's just me, but I very rarely send anything via bluetooth anyway.
Agreed I never miss the Bluetooth with my iPhone if got something to send just use mms and email instead.
I also find it hard to believe they will have back because of these issues the iPhone has been out a good few years nowand has always been the same,i would suggest doing some research on smart phones before buying one and not just expect it to work the same as a nokia0 -
this is why ppl should research before they buy smartfones.... too many people r blindly buying into the iphone hype, when on closer inspection is a CACK fone.
In your opinion,I have had a 2g,3G,3gs and now got a 4 for me it is far from a cack phone it does everything i need it to do plus all the extra stuff it can do.
Obviously there are things it does not do that some people will want that's why I say research smart phones before buying.it would be a very boring world if everyone was the same0 -
LOL - lots of lemmings have bought an iphone just because everyone else has got one and are totally oblivious to how limited and feature-less it is compared to other phones
Buy a phone not a name0 -
I love how the iPhone lists the messages in one conversation as no more awkward morning conversations with the girlfriend after I have sent drunken texts and when she asks me "do I remember the text that I sent" a quick check on the phone and all messages and replies are listed. Thank You Steve ;o)))))0

I've just won a iphone 3gs and whether it was a 3gs or 4 it wouldnt replace my current phone (Nokia N900)
The iphone is simpily something that took its time to catch up with its competitors, its getting there now. Most phones had MMS and video calling YEARS before an iphone.
It baffles me sometimes how it became as big as it did, but as a consumer you need to find research whats right for you and not follow the herd.
IMO as a Ipod its fab, as an iPhone, well, my granny could work it, therfore its not as interesting for me.Won through MSE: Iphone 3GS and 4s with Lucozade in Oct 2010

You misunderstand. If the iPhone doesn't do it, you don't want it. Until they release the next version when they suddenly "invent" it. Then you want it - like video calling. Perhaps now that Apple have invented video calling - with new added must-be-connected-to-wifi functionality - it might take off more than in the mid 00s when every 3G handset offered it.0

If Steve Jobs doesn't like it, then nobody needs it, apparently! Just like Flash - I mean, who would want a universally accepted industry standard like that on your phone?!
Everyone I know who've got a iP4 have regretted it. Especially those who've upgraded from a 3GS!
If you want to be blown away by a phone then get anything with Android 2.1 or above - simple.0 -
Well hubby had an Iphone 3G for a while and decided he didn't like it so passed it onto me. Within the hour I decided I didn't like it.
So apple still haven't made the bluetooth compatible with other phones? I didn't like the way the text messages were arranged as well and the fact I couldn't send a text message onto a number of people at the same time.
It's a nightmare to put your own ringtones on as well. I wasn't too impressed with the shocking battery life as well (don't know if this has been rectified in the iPhone 4).
I have a Sony Ericsson now which is more than adequate for my needs.
If you like the apps and all that then it's better to buy an Ipod Touch instead.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
