It is showing as sold in "Your Marketplace Orders". I received the "Sold Now" email and the money has been deposited into Amazon Payments.
I listed two items a few minutes ago and only one has shown up on the "Your Marketplace Open Listings" page. The other listing is showing up on the actual name but not on my account.
What is going wrong?! I have never had this problem before.ApprenticeTycoon wrote:Looks like you've hit a string of glitches, have you looked on the Amazon sellers board to see if you're not alone?
Goldeneye - YOU ARE NOT ALONE [said in spooky voice] . I've had an SDN email this affy but the book is still in my open listings with the cash in my account however if I click on the Listing ID it says the sale is closed so it couldn't sell twice. It is a bit unusual tho' had the sales go through and moved to closed listings but not appear as an SDN email never the other way round till now.
Three sales this week which is good for me - not going for pro merchant as most I've ever sold is 10 in a month so I'd just be chucking money away I reckon.
Good luck to those who have signed up tho'

well done to those of you who have become pro's :j
i have only sold over 30 book in a month once
in the last 30 days i have sold 18 books , which i am happy about , but am not sure about trying the pro merchant trial , as i am a bit worried that if i cancel because my sales havent increased enought after the trial , i will lose the book listing and have to start listing them all over again IYSWIMAMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0066

Hi Dawn, there's no need to worry about losing your book list, nothing happens to your list all all when you go pro, it's only the 'sold dispatch now' email that will alter because it gives you 86p extra.
You seem to be selling enough to make it worth your while, I dithered about it for weeks before I took out my subscription but it was the best thing I could have done because it made me take selling more seriously and get more stock in - more stock means more takings!0 -
I'll definitely give this a go!
One quick query - the blurb on Amazon says any listings you create after you've gone pro have the 86p waived.
I've got about 150 books listed - what do I need to do to avoid the 86p each on them? close all my lisings then relist maybe?0 -

I asked this and yes - Amazon is very unclear saying one thing one place and one the other. So far since going pro at end of last year (31st Dec dammit! why didnt I wait...) I havent sold any of the "old" listings. I did do a download of all my open listings though just in case I am charged and need to relist them!
I was assured on here though that the 86p is waived - otherwise of course to be consistent they would have to waive the charges if you then dropped the pro sellers bit after you had listed 800 or so books :rotfl:0 -
Yes the fee is waived, when I signed up on my new account it waived the fees on old items that were there b4 I went Pro-M.
I also had a problem last night, I thought it was me, I listed a load of items and about 10 of them are not showing in my open listings, good thing is they are up there so people can buy them, tis weird tho! I was going to relist them tonight, good job I found out they are already there.
