The buyer waiting list is one of the luxuries of being a pro-merchant but if you PM me with your email address I'll send you a copy.
I should warn you the list is huge (approx 27,000 titles) and it soon gets very boring looking through it.
Its really a novelty which very soon wears off :rotfl:0 -

Hi smartcat - you most certainly can be number 550 -
Sheds, I have a shed too so that puts at least 3 of us at the top end of Annies fantastic Addiction Scale.
The thing is I assume we all started at number one and just crept up, Soo had to be dragged past number three, I seem to remember that it was around 12 months ago when it took a good few posts to talk her into having a go - the high fees were very troublesome if I remember....0 -

I have to put on my wellies and slide down to the bottom of the garden clutching my torch in the dead of night to find books.
Your shed sounds like 'heaven', mine's only 8ft x 10ft, no room for cupboards. But, I do love my shed too - haven't yet taken a cup of tea down there, maybe next summer.

I might be making it sound more glamorous than it actually is  It is just that it is mine and I love it. The kitchen cupboards ended up there after a refit, the carpet and underlay is from the lounge as we replaced it. The table is an old gateleg dining table that I mean to throw out but at the moment has about 10 boxes of things on it, mainly left over car boot stuff that needs disposing of. The spider carcasses are 10 deep and if I prop the door open on warm evenings in the summer if I am down there I get the fox cubs playing on the steps.
I did worry that my books might suffer, but although it is very grubby with dead things it is dry, so I suppose that is the main thing. My books are all in bags and then in boxes, and some are in bags in the cupboards.
I also have to stomp down there in my 'flimsies' with a torch as the paths are dark, although I can turn on the lights from the house.

Even some PM's seem to have trouble downloading it but this is where you find it:
https://secure.amazon.co.uk/exec/panama/seller-admin/download/preorder-report/202-3267708-6766221
It then really needs to be exported into excel and all the data sorted to be much use.0 -

That is quite common you need to call customer services and see if they can fix it.
If that doesnt work someone on the Seller Connection board suggested changing password might work. Also try signing out and back in again.0 -
Advice please. I sent a video to a customer on 17th November. I have just had an e mail via Amazon asking when the estimated time of arrival is???
I had a parcel go astray some time ago and it came after two weeks when I had refunded the customer. I don't know what to say to this lady. Should I just refund her??? Questions, questions - also I am worried she is just after a refund and has the video though how could I prove any of it. What should I do or say.
