Got an email telling me cancelled as no stock from suppliers,but they have given me a £5.00 gift voucher code to use....but i did email them before i read their email.......oops.....:T It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. :T

I still have not received any compensation ... called about an hour ago and offered £20. Received this email though right after talking to CS.

I phoned up and was told that they had a similar issue not long ago with an ipod, which I already know about from here, and they offered £20 compensation as the item cost over £100. She could not offer me anything more than £5 compensation as the item cost under £20.
She also said that the call centre people cannot give more than £15 compensation anyway.
How did people get so much compensation?
