Seems to be that way @ dvd only £5 voucher, so i'd have to spend another £10 on an order just to get free postage and packaging =/0 -

got this from customer charter on there website.....
2. Price Increases
Unfortunately publishers occasionally raise the price of items unexpectedly. In the event that this occurs we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price. We may, at our discretion, absorb small price increases without passing them on to our customers.
i was told by CS just now that it was down to a pricing issue......so if thats the case then surely the above would stand!!!
just a question whether it be a small price issueThey've got cars big as bars
They've got rivers of gold
But the wind goes right through you

I think those who chose 1st class post had a greater chance of getting the box. In the future I think I'm going to fork out the extra few quid to hopefully get the item rushed to me before they notice.0

Has anyone who was told they would be called back by a supervisor received a call yet? I phoned back to complain about my "call back" call this morning and that what I was told obviously wasnt true (regarding being able to reorder when it came back in stock at the same price). Very snappy cs woman was having none of it and read out the £5 e-mail to me. Told her I wasnt happy as had obviously been lied to. Apparently it was the Philippines (sp?) I spoke to this morning !!!! Asked to speak to supervisor, she exhalled loudly and then said she would arrange for someone to call me. Only problem is I have meetings this afternoon and dont want to miss them calling me! She didnt offer any compensation at all......typical0

Anyone got the phone number i can't find it
Thanks0 -
i've yet to meet a good retail organisation that does call backs well. Better to phone again immediately and hope for a better result. Don't hope for a timely response especially when they are getting overwhelmed with MSErs, friends and colleagues.0

I phoned again and was told they have no authorisation to apply gift certificates - yeah right.0
