I rang customer services and was offered £15 only from the supervisor, tried for more but didn't get it.
Then in my email I then only got £5 :mad: :mad: the cheeky sods!0 -
I ordered 2 of these each in separate orders and have received 1 email but both orders have disappeared??0

i've just had that email. Would they have even bothered had it not been for us realising they've cancelled all our orders and contacting them ourselves?
I've declined the offer. I've said I'm not satisfied. Don't think email works so effectively, but i will keep trying:rudolf:0 -

The amazon call monkeys can only offer £15 before it has to be referred. I followed an above MSEr and bailed early at £15 rather than deal with multiple people at amazon for hours.
My girlfriend will be doing the same shortly.0 -

May as well add my tuppence worth. Got exactly the same fob off as everyone else. Said the service was awful and that I keep having trouble with Amazon (which is true) asked what sort of comp they were going to offer. She said that there are people having a discussion about all the calls they were getting. I said that they shouldn't just cancel orders with no email (which I still haven't received) I then asked her to email me with all the details of our call and the outcome of there "meeting"0
