e-mailed them asking what happened to my order and have received an apology e-mail with a £5 amazon voucher..

Phoned them told them it was v poor Cs and then they cut me off!!
So rang back and they have escalated me and was granteed a phone call back today. Took all names and everything. It's not the fact its cancelled its been 2 weeks!0 -
I have just been on the phone for the past hour, I have had a long list of excuses and i really felt sorry for the guy at the end of the phone. He did not know too much about it but was been updated as we were speaking via a message board. Dont know why they didnt accept it as a pricing error two weeks ago and come clean.
They still have the item in stock (2) and have more on the way but they tell me it is a different version and not the same as the one i had ordered and they could not send it to me. they told me it was stock issue then said it was a pricing issue, then told me we may get them then told me that we will not and we will get an e mail
Get them to call you by using the call me now option and it doesnt cost you anything if you want to complain about the poor customer service.0 -

I just called them as was told there system was down so she took my details and said she would call me back in 1 hour.
The only problem is i forgot im going out soon it was the American accent that put me of as i wasnt expecting itNumber 4 due 21st jan0
