for those that havent called yet, excuses are that they no longer make it and it isnt available, it isnt available and they cant leave the order open, your credit card was rejected. Give them grief, I told the supervisor that he could tell my 4yr and he said he wouldnt

Mine dissapeard to. I wouldn't bother phoning, thy guy told me they have cancelled my order, because amazon have decided to stop supplying this item, I asked if they could just source it elsewhere and he said "no". I think its a disgrace they didn't even send out emails! We all knew it was probably a long shot we would recieve this item, and I'm not angry about not recieving the DVD's (well maybe a wee bit! wanted to add to my daughters chistmas presents) but Im really !!!!ed they didn't acknowledge the fact they have cancelled our orders. I have also sent an email, so we will see if they reply!:(

I am on the the phone too.... the lady has just said that they have suddenly been unindated with calls on this one item - which is confusung them!

been offered £5 ... what a cheek! and that supervisors dont take calls

yeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa £50 beat that!

I'm serious. I took the nice guy approach by the way - no shouting, just kept saying that it was very poor CS to not inform me that the order was cancelled.........and that I could have bought one myself during the 2 weeks I've been waiting.

Also was on the phone for 35 minutes in total, mostly on hold.

offered me item price as compensation i said i wasn't accepting it. she said i wont get more than that price i said someone has been offered £30 she was shocked and put me on hold
