Mine has disappeared too, although the book I ordered at the same time is still showing as Super Saver Delivery. If they charge me postage costs for it, I will not be a happy frog

let us know how you get on. If it isn't resolved to my satisfaction I will be cancelling all my remaining orders and shopping elsewhere. You can't just cancel a person's order without explanation. I would have been satisfied if a fortnight ago they'd said there and then they'd have to cancel the order, but a fortnight has gone by without any contact and then they just delete the order!:mad:

Aaaarrghh ****. Mine gone too. Although the £3.99 Mad Lab game I ordered at the same time says Free SuperSaver delivery its actually on the invoice at £2.75.
