    Just checked my order last night and it was there....gone this morning.

    Just did a call back on their website (you put in your number and they phone you straight back). Very bad line to a guy with a very strong American accent.

    Basically I gave him my order number (luckily kept my confirmation e mail) and he came back to me saying that they had run out of stock and therefore cancelled the order!!!!!!! He said that i should just reorder when they come back in. I did ask him to confirm that they would be at the same price, he said yes!!!! He said he would send me an e mail confirming what had happened and I asked him to confirm that he would put in writing that I would be able to reorder at the same price. I made him confirm this 3 times on the phone but i wont hold my breath!!!! NOT happy. Will see what happens when i get this mail he is sending out.

    I did go into the "its not very good customer service to just cancel orders without informing the customer" and " couldnt you just delay delivery until you have more stock" but i didnt get anywhere....he just sounded like he couldnt be bothered!!

    Guess we just have to keep on at them. Did people actually receive them ??? If so, glad some people did.
