well the saga continues my order had been cancelled after I had chased as to when I would receive my order instead of chasing the order through which she should have done she cancelled it instead, all because I changed the delivery option which I wished I hadn't but there is always a silver lining to every cloud I spoke to a supervisor today after waiting for 1/2 hour talking to an **** call centre and she said the service I had received was terrible and has sent me an email with a 42.00 gift voucher as the price of this dvd set has now gone up to spend on anything on amazon so anyone who really wants there dvd set dont mess with the delivery options, and well I ordered it because it was a great price and was going to give it to my neice when her birthday came around but well the gift voucher wasn't toooooooo bad

You can now buy it from Play for £50 delivered and (efectively) be almost £10 in pocket! Well done! :beer:

Edit: Only prob being the £42 has to be spent at Amazon. Oh well...

I dont thinks there any chance of me getting this now item was due to be delivered to day - 5 nov and i just chekced my account and the orders completely disappeared off of my account with no trace of it ever being there! :-(

Up till now my order has been showing estimated delivery date 28th Oct - 4th Nov, checked it after reading about 'disappearances' and mine has gone too!!!! No sign of it anywhere, have just emailed Amazon - will see what they say

Still not confident that I'll receive them though
