    right emailed. tried to sounds rational, but pretty livid, yes i know it was a too good to be true price, but to just remove it without a word is out of order, and I'm a pretty loyal customer who spends a fair bit each Christmas atleast, not to mention birthdays etc.

    I emailed from the contact us page. Also have the email confirmation i can send them later if needed. I agree with Mirandamayhem ok it was a too good to be price but surely a customery 'Sorry we cant fullfill this order' email is in order at least.

    Mine's gone too, it was there about 5 mins ago as I checked it. Again, no word from them.

    My order has also dissapeared. Clearly there fulfilment process bears no relation to when you place the order with them as I ordered before putting the offer details up on grabbit. Glad that at least some people have been lucky with this one.
    Moneysaving is costing me a fortune!
