Same here, got NO offer of compo! And I'm normally pretty persuasive on the phone. She was having none of the compo claim whatsoever. Did I get thru to the Indian call centre, she definitely didn't have an English accent...I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0 -
I got a csa with a very strong Indian accent and I struggled to understand him. He refused to let me stay on hold for a supervisor and offered £10 credit. I refused that and he said someone will call back later. I'm really annoyed at the difference in the way people are being dealt with. If we all got cancelled, we should really all get the same (no matter what that is).0

ive requested a call back from the management as i was on the phone for 1hour 30 mins and was then told the supervisors wont speak to me. So rang back and asked for them to call me back0
