I still have not recieved the e-mail cancellation, phoned them this morning and was offered £5, just called back and they have added another £10 so £15 for me not as much as other people but im happy with that offer. Thats another free gift for christmas sorted

they havent been sending emails to everyone, they put it as a gift voucher directly onto your account

if people have received them at the price of £17.xx then this surely confirms that the price was correct...if it wasnt then no body would have got these at £17.xx cos they would have noticed it before dispatch?...like it says "rest assured, we verify prices as part of our despatch process

just had a call back from amazon saying they have 4 supervisors working their way through it but its taking some time.
