I complained and was offered a further £3 to the first £5. Wasnt impressed but went to use it regardless. Chose a DVD at £9.99 as the vouchers have to be used on DVDs and a toy at £20. The £3 was sitting there so i applied the £5 code to be told i have a total of £4.26 to come off my order!! !!!!!!!! Where does that come from!!

So have emailed to complain that even trying to use the compo they have dished out is a carry on too!!!

When i ordered it 2 weeks ago it said that it wasnt in stock but available for shipment from 26 October. If you search the amazon web site then it it still in stock here http://www.amazon.co.uk/Walt-Disney-Pictures-Presents-Disc/dp/B000JBXPR0/sr=1-1/qid=1161962586/ref=pd_bowtega_1/026-9908611-4326826?ie=UTF8&s=dvd. I tried to mention this to the representative this morning and they told me it wasnt the same.

This is not the same boxset...this is a box set of non cartoon disney films. See here for a photo (Amazon don't have one)

Well manager got back to me and did not offer a thing said other people have and she they been told that she was not allowed to do so.

I have received an email to tell me I should have received an email issuing the £5 gift certificate but I didn't get the first email. Should the £5 just show in your account or is there a code you have to tap in.

Just FYI but other sites are calling this one disgusting for getting compo for this type of thing and encouraging others to do the same. What the common concenus here? Should we be doing this or no?
