    2lbs off plz fred :j

Shouldn't really brag about it, as it's all the takeaway food/alcohol at the weekend that made me really ill. Haven't felt that bad in forever.

BB - My plans for the big one is........ Hibernation!!!

Gearbox is on way out on the car, took it to local mechanic who has done a temp job. Just the selector on it, but there's so much wear in gearbox he's said it's a waste of money to even put a new selector on it. So time to scrap the car and get a new (old) one. Just what u need at this time of year, to find a spare grand laying around :(

  • Well done everyone! It inspiring hearing how everyone is getting on so well!

Its a 2lb loss for me this week:j

Eric - got the new scale. They're fab and are keeping me motivated. Want to see the body fat reducing. I got a bit of a scare when I first weighed myself!

  • Some brilliant losses this week, well done everyone!

Its -1lb for me, which I'm happy with given I havent done a lot of exercise and I havent eaten that well. Its nice to see a loss of any sort week after week.

I feel enormous though, im sure as I lose weight I'm getting bigger!!
  • 73.2 kg today. That's 0.2 kg down on a week ago.

Not a lot, but better than STS. I thought I would stick in the 73s for ages, just as I stuck in the 74s, 75s, and 76s.

I have found that I have to be absolutely obsessive about this and stick rigidly to 1100 calories a day, except on the 3 days a week when I take some exercise when I have a few extra calories to eat. Mostly, I don't eat in the evenings now except for a bit of a snack at tea-time. If we have a good lunch then it seems to keep me going for the rest of the day.

Watching TV in the evenings is difficult though. Why do there have to be so many ads for food? It's not 'belly hunger' though so I just shut my eyes.

    Hello everyone

Well i forgot to weigh in this morning, thought it was Tuesday till I logged on and saw you all posting results! lol sorry. Put me down as a STS please fred.

I am feeling a bit under the weather still and I am still not in control of my eating. Had a big panic just now cos it's only 1 week and 1 month till xmas and I dont wanna be all chubby and miserable on xmas day!

Dont know what to do. I guess the choice is either go back to SW, start calorie counting again or just try to 'be healthy' and exercise more. but i'm worried that whichever one i decide i will fail at.....
