    Morning all,

I did remember to get on the scales this morning, but they've barely moved a few ounces, so I'm going to declare it a STS this week, just so I don't feel like I'm cheating the system. It's my * week, so I'll hope it's because of that. I'm going for a week of extra superfree/speed foods this week, just to mix things up a bit, and so my body doesn't try to predict what I'm going to eat every day. I'm still really pleased with the results of my fitness/strength improving in the gym, my body shape is changing a lot too, and I'm delighted that I've already lost several inches.

Good luck for everyone else weighing in today. Sorry to the Souther Stunners that I couldn't do better for you this week.:(
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

crumbs you just can't predict your days can you? Eldest can barely stand with stomach pains and begging me to take him to docs so waiting until 8.30 to get him seen:eek:

How awful! I think I would have called an ambulance! But then I do tend to err on the side of caution in these things. At the very least I would certainly be waiting at the Dr.'s as they opened:o. I hope he is all right.

eric - im wondering what is that a photo of? is it a screensnap from a BL episode that ive not watched yet?

doesnt the food all look very brown!

Gillina Mackeith or howevery you spell it has a thing about brown foods or as she calls it beige, she sets up the table and it is chips and pizzas and crisps and junk and it is all beige and no colour, she keeps on if you add colour to your diet you add variation and look forward to it, the other day I served up chips and chicken in breadcrumbs to the OH and boys and OH said immediately..beige food, yum yum:rotfl::rotfl:

Our doc does not open until 8.30 and then it is a manic phone call hang up re-dial until you get through, he is pacing the room as I speak, I have googled hernia, appendicitis, I am like the ad off the tele for boots health website where she thinks she is dying but only has sleep depravation and then she looks up hypocondriac because her friend says she may have that:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ran Oh he says to wait and keep calm and not stress him out more so trying to do that:D

What other methods do people use to prevent themselves checking every cupboard in the house for a broken oatcake or anything edible!

I tend to smoke more when I have cravings - although that's not something I'd recommend!!! I also find that making up a big glass of squash helps, as you actually come out of the kitchen with something - rather than just wandering around depressed and empty handed! I always tell myself that I'll drink the whole glass (they're big glasses!), then will get something to eat if I'm still hungry. I find that by the time I've finished it the cravings have gone (or at least lessened) and I'm so full of water that I no longer want to eat!

Not sure what to post at this week. On 16th Jan I weighed 72.4 kg, that's the lowest I've ever been, and that was what I posted last week. Following that the weight bounced back up again to 72.9 kg for a few days, but then for the last 3 days it has been 72.7 kg.
