Never talk about penises peados or stalkers though do I?

If that offends you i wont mention a willy, a peado or a stalker again.

But tell me so, else otherwise i will.
  • I am another big fan of green smoothies! I normally half fill the blender jug with a chopped apple, pear, banana and then the other half gets filled with fresh spinach or kale or just ordinary cabbage! I sometimes throw in a date for the flavour and also have some hemp protein powder that I sometimes put a tblsp in. Tastes lovely and my skin looks great!
Hey Marion - good to see you and even better to hear you're a fan too!
They taste fantastic don't they and such an easy way to up your fruit and veg count. I tend to not eat more fruit in the day, other than my banana on my porridge, so I don't find myself eating too much fruit because of the sugar content.

I made a spelling mistake in the webste I recomended - corrected now.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

6.5 lbs beanie wow thats amazing, well done.

Victory that was my typing from another thread that you quoted - I dont know if you feel offended in some way by it, because it wasnt written in a derogatory way at anybody (except maybe for the thousands of tourists that flood onto beautiful idyllic beaches and turn them into blackpools) ??

There are no stalkers and no peado stalkers, its a figure of speech (i hope) similar meaning to chicken chaser i guess. It was me that was labelled that, and i didnt take offence, so theres no need for anybody else to either.
I like this thread because it a mixture of weight loss and other off topic stuff, but mainly weight loss. Personally i like the light hearted comments that get passed around, its never over the top serious, and the banter and odd bit of fun poking make it an enjoyable place to come and find motivation. If the consensus is to the contrary then i'll be the first to shut up :-)

So Victory I was just replying to Pudds~ so no worries.

ok then Victory. We both feel the same way because i feel what you say is also a tad too much as well.

I will actively try and talk more about my weight loss, and less about everything else. I probably have taken it too far, and i've probably rambled on too much about non weight related things. Trouble is, im not following a plan, i cant comment on my points or offer advice on other plans. I'm sorta just here to post my weight and listen to other peoples triumphs or not. I'll keep schtum.

No need to keep schtum or me for that matter or anyone else, it is what it is just sometimes it goes over , it is and should be and always will be a fun, happy banter and you know as well as we all do that you are well funny and have us in stitches and yes I go on about my probs that is because people have been kind and caring and gentle and patient with me and helped me no end, no sure it is not all weight related as yours as others not necessary all of the time I am sure you get what I am saying;)

Hurrah - no need for anyone to shut up then :j. Sometimes I think it's easy to forget how the written word can easily be misinterpreted.

As you all were - please make sure you post your results tomorrow so I can get the chart up and see if we can make beanie SoTW otherwise I'm likely to be lynched :p
