I guess i belong here as I wanna loose weight! So hello everyone!
I have been loosing weight steadily since March last year... I have currently lost 31.5lb in that time. I was weighed tonight and I have lost 0.5lb this week. I was really pleased as due to being ill with a really bad cold and also TOTM a loss was a nice end to the week. I however normally get weighed on a Wednesday morning, instead of a Tuesday night!

Hi ETanny - just post your loss on Wednesday before 10pm and you'll be included on the chart - well done on your loss so far too.

I've lost track of who's apologising/having a go at who here!

Think we should get back to talking about walking through to the kitchen opening the fridge, sighing, closing the door and walking away again - which I must have done about 10 times tonight. I've got my scales en route to step over to give me a wee reminder each time.

What other methods do people use to prevent themselves checking every cupboard in the house for a broken oatcake or anything edible!

If its not too late to join i would happily join! Sign me up ASAP  Anything to give me some extra motivation :)... What happens if you loose more then the 5lb in the month? Do you just continue to loose as much as you can before the end of the month? (some weeks I can loose 3-4lb then others 0.5lb-2lb a week)... I am sure Fred will probably answer all my questions anyway!
I will weight my self again the AM but I doubt there will be much change!
Do you need to know my weight - or just what I have lost?

I find coming on the laptop is a good distraction!
