Glad everyone is back to the usual banter. I was worried for a minute there. I liked and still like reading it all.

Writing this message on our new iPad that my dh bought me for me birthday :). On the mse side, he might be able to charge it through work....double yay!!!!!!!

Arn't they fun! I got a Samsung Galaxy Tab for Xmas and I love downloading apps, going on line where ever I am, taking pictures in the park and reading books, watching movies etc. It does have a phone in it as well but funny enough I still use my mobile. It does look funny holding a large screen up to your head and talking on it!
I did an app search for weight loss and found the SW minimins on it but that was it. There seemed to be a WW proper app though. Loads of calorie counters and exercise ones as well but I am not really into calories!
When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!

If its not too late to join i would happily join! Sign me up ASAP  Anything to give me some extra motivation :)... What happens if you loose more then the 5lb in the month? Do you just continue to loose as much as you can before the end of the month? (some weeks I can loose 3-4lb then others 0.5lb-2lb a week)... I am sure Fred will probably answer all my questions anyway!
I will weight my self again the AM but I doubt there will be much change!
Do you need to know my weight - or just what I have lost?

    :j

The 5lb a month is a target for people to aim for - but carry on if you lose more than that.

There is a SoTW and SoTM too.

We only need to know what you have lost not your weight.

We have a team challenge at the moment too - but that is finishing but there will be a new one if you want to join that when it starts.

posting a STS this week, which is acceptable under the circumstances, according to my scales i have put on 3.5lbs of muscle in the last 4 weeks and it tends to catchup with you every couple of weeks

Go Beanie!!!! WTG Girl you've done really well, auntie maz is megaproud!!!

Forgot to weigh in this morn, and cba climbing the stairs and getting stripped off again. So I'll go as STS and carry forward til next week again.

Been a manic week here. Between my knee playing up, looking after my mam, looking after my sis (who's done her back in) and decorating the bathroom I've not had much time to think about eating or eating healthily.
Sister is on the mend and I have a holiday booked for next week, bathroom is finished apart from the flooring which I haven't decided on yet. So hopefully next week I can get back on track.

Glad to see everyone has found the chill pills and calmed down a bit. Try to remember that we're all just randoms and no offense should ever be taken at what's been said on the net. That's my motto anyhoo. So personally I feel anyone should be able to discuss what they feel is needing to be discussed :) Whether they are a stalker, a !!!!! stalker, or even have a problem family. Or even if they got a cat who likes to wee in their handbags! We've all got our little problems, humour is always the best medicine when we're feeling a little down along with the good advice received on here.

Late shift today, so time for me to !!!!!! and get ready for my 11 hours shift. Keep chilled people.
