Put me down for a 2lb loss this week please Fred.
Not a phenomenal loss but I'll take it. Feels like it should be more because I've been really really good the last few days but I was really really naughty last week so I guess I should feel grateful I've shown a loss at all.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -

Very happy to see a 2nd week loss, Amazing what a little bit of exercise does to your weight loss....... I have even been eating a little more too as I have upped the exercise. Still a little upset that my BMI is only reducing really really slowly. But I know a lot of you don't agree with it so I shall try to ignore itMy loss this week is 6 1/2 lbs.

Sary - It is a real good feeling when your clothes get loose and you loose inches. I must say that is better than the lb's on the scales. Well done on the exercise I'm glad you enjoying it.

What other methods do people use to prevent themselves checking every cupboard in the house for a broken oatcake or anything edible!
I'm thinking of having to install a series of booby traps in the style of Indiana Jones to stop me reaching my cupboard where I hide the goodies!!
I actually find moving things from their usual place works for me. I had a terrible habit of automatically reaching for the biscuits whenever I'm having a natter on the phone. I did it without even thinking about it!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Thing that disappoints me is that loads of common things aren't on the system with the points. I know you can add in the nutrition information but it kind of puts me off bothering sometimes. For example John West light lunches are dead handy and obviously aimed at the the diet market yet every type of John west item is on their except the light lunches.0
