Put me down for a 2lb loss this week please Fred.
Not a phenomenal loss but I'll take it. Feels like it should be more because I've been really really good the last few days but I was really really naughty last week so I guess I should feel grateful I've shown a loss at all. :)

  • Evening everyone I am happily reporting a 2LB Loss Thanks Fred

Very happy to see a 2nd week loss, Amazing what a little bit of exercise does to your weight loss....... I have even been eating a little more too as I have upped the exercise. Still a little upset that my BMI is only reducing really really slowly. But I know a lot of you don't agree with it so I shall try to ignore it ;)

What other methods do people use to prevent themselves checking every cupboard in the house for a broken oatcake or anything edible!

I'm thinking of having to install a series of booby traps in the style of Indiana Jones to stop me reaching my cupboard where I hide the goodies!!

I actually find moving things from their usual place works for me. I had a terrible habit of automatically reaching for the biscuits whenever I'm having a natter on the phone. I did it without even thinking about it!
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

I started using the new WW iphone app this week and think it's brill. You can do enough on the move to mean it's now how I'm keeping track of my food eg using my phone in the kitchen while cooking is quicker than walking upstairs to the computer. Although it meant my phone did get rather sticky and covered in sauce one night.

I too have the iPhone WW app and TBH I have found it so much easier then tracking on the computer and wrighting down. Since using it I have had my best weight losses so far. :) Definitely worth downloading if you follow the WW plan.

Not sure what to post at this week. On 16th Jan I weighed 72.4 kg, that's the lowest I've ever been, and that was what I posted last week. Following that the weight bounced back up again to 72.9 kg for a few days, but then for the last 3 days it has been 72.7 kg.

I've put you down as 72.7 for the chart if that's ok.

I use the app all the time too.

Thing that disappoints me is that loads of common things aren't on the system with the points. I know you can add in the nutrition information but it kind of puts me off bothering sometimes. For example John West light lunches are dead handy and obviously aimed at the the diet market yet every type of John west item is on their except the light lunches.
