I really hope you enjoy the Zumba! I was really skeptical about trying it at first but one I got into it and really let my self I enjoyed it so much! I should become a Zumba advocate, I reccomend it to everyone

I did 20 minutes on EA Active 2 yesterday and burnt 212 calories... I am going to try and do the same again later when LO is in bed. Also going into town so walking around there should burn some calories too! :)

  • Hello,

Hope everyone is having a great Friday! :j

    Exercise Diary for yesterday:
EA Active for 25mins, unfortunately a call from my sister cut my workout in half so I didn't feel like I'd expended much energy by the end compared to normal.

    Food Diary for yesterday:
Breakfast - porridge with s/s milk and cinnamon, coffee, probiotic yog
Lunch - WW Mediterranean pasta. Mint tea.
Dinner - cracked black pepper chicken breast, couscous, cabbage and leeks.
Snacks - Tea (morning), 3 oatcakes, choc soya milk, 1/2 a protein bar (afternoon), choc Horlicks (before bed)

Am annoyed with myself for having 3 hot drinks already today, 2 coffees and 1 tea. Will only have one more of mint tea and def no more caffeine.

However, my OH has just called to say he's passed his police driving test with 82%!! :T We'll be eating out to celebrate, I best steer clear of the c**p.
