Do you need me to pester you everyday ?? hehe! I just want to know what the other DVD's are like. I struggling with Gillian's 30 day shred at the moment. My muscles are not talking to me today :( It even hurts to drink my arm's hurt so much

Davina body buff and super body workout DVDs are good - but I have not tried these new (old) ones yet (power of 3 and 30 min workouts)

Yes if you could nag me every day and also come round my house and force me to do it then that would be great thanks!!

    Tomorrow morning
I will do it tomorrow morning
I WILL do it tomorrow morning
    or maybe monday.....

Have you tried the Zumba DVDs? They are really good and burning calories and also getting the heart working! I also find them so much fun too

  • Hiya! :)

Gutted that I wasn't able to do any exercise yesterday, as my mum, sister and her fiance came over, so five for dinner and i was hosting till gone 10, and i didn't want to exercise past my bedtime!

    Food diary for yesterday:
Breakfast - 2 ryvitas, light cheese triangle, coffee, probiotic yog
Lunch - salad with watercress, rocket, spinach, carrot, radish, celery, mixed pulses and leftover brown rice. Green tea
Dinner - 2 fish finger, 2 veg fingers, cheese and broccolli pasta, salad. Mullerlight yog.
Snacks - 1 large pear (afternoon)

Hoping to get some EA done today, I'm still aching from the squat holds from 2 days ago! Plus mum said I could have her cross trainer for free! Woo-hoo, our extra bedroom is turning into a gym!
Still 10st 11lbs according to my "fat scales", the Wii ones seem to always make me 2lbs lighter, even when I put that I have 0lbs on. Who knows what the truth is! I'll find out on Saturday.
