    Food for today

B- 28g shreddies with banana slices and frozen berries skimmed milk
Nothing until L- turkey sub on wheat no sauces just all the salad stuff

Came home had some turkey and gammon slices from the fridge

D- SW red thai curry which was absolutely delicious it is on the website and it is the loveliest meal:D

Dropped the snack a jacks and crackers like you say sary ;) I am giving it everything I have this week on Sw and hope for a loss.

Tomorrow it is going to be
B-28g porridge with skimmed milk and frozen berries
L- baked beans, 1 slice of bread and maybe eggs
D-Mediterranean cod again lovely it was this time with frozen tuna and SW frylight chips

Friday it is going to be
B- 28g cereal and fruit and skimmed milk
    L- soup minestrone SW
    D-pork chow mein SW

If I need it a snack it is sugar free jelly with fromage frais fruit and especially my fav at the moment melon

I have a problem with passata and natural fat free yog, the sugars are 8.2 and 9.8 respectively and that is the least I could get in sugars from morrisons and Sainsburys, I know I am not using the whole pot etc but for a diabetic the sugar content is high has to be 6 or less or should be, I would expect the sugars that high for a ready meal or some choc etc not passata which is a godsend in SW cooking, the yog was a surprise too, anyone had or know of those 2 that are less in sugars from sone other supermarket?

I bought sesame seeds and made prawn toast SW website, yuck:rotfl::rotfl: I hve bought the lime leaves and lemon grass for the next curry, I used last time fromage frais or greek fat free yog because I just did not have the natural yog worked fine maybe go back to that?

I bought a load of store cupboard stuff like lime juice, lemon juice, dark soy sauce, tikka paste, red thai paste, green thai paste all that stuff, I went through a whole load of SW recipes online and in the book I got and noted down all the stuff I needed to make the recepies in the future now have it all.

The medium sharwoods noodles were half price in morrisons bargain.

Anyone know where the cheapest SW recipe books are went to WHsmith and the had one and only one priced at £15.99:eek:

bb did not want to be put on meds really anyway but he seemed to think it would clear up but getting more air in my lungs:rotfl::D

Been on the SW website the 12 speed soup where is the recipe or is it just your version?

No bacon pork and white bread have always been my downfall, bacon and belly pork with all the fat on not the SW way as the want you to have it without the fat lean and I were to have it it would be skin on fat on lots of it dripping in fat:rotfl::rotfl: so to avoid it (morrisons do it ready made the belly pork and I have been known to eat it myself without telling the family who given half the chance would like a bit of crackling:rotfl:) so refuse to buy it then that way all temptation and eating that or half a loaf of bread does not concern me because it is not here to eat.

Its a whopping great 5lb loss for me this week, which brings me back to the weight I was before Christmas.

Does that include the 3lb you posted earlier this week (I think that was for last week)?

    nice one mazza! :D

hey victory looks like you are getting your head round SW a bit more and really going for it which is great.

I never use passata too sugary for my taste. I just use tinned toms - nothing in there but toms and water! tend to drain some of the water then cook for a while to reduce down, adding some herbs and a splash of balsamic or worcester sauce (depending on what meal it's for!) to add depth of flavour. and lots of veg like red peppers

I will try the red curry - I love thai curry used to make it loads. I dont use coconut milk any more cos it's too expensive but instead buy the blocks of creamed coconut (really cheap) and weigh out a small chunk to use ( size/weight depending on my syn allowance for the day). then i use fat free yoghurt and sometimes rice milk (hea allowance) if it's for a runny sauce or thai soup

the pizza was nice and a rare treat so i am not going to feel any guilt.
I will be up early tomorrow for davina workout tho!! and going to do low syn days for the rest of the week.
