    Thanks for the chart Fred.

Quiet day for me, and on this thread too it seems. Today is the 1st day after a workout that I don't feel achy, so it's getting better.

    Food today: Extra Easy

B - rhubarb muller light, satsuma, banana
L - leftover cottage pie (incl. lots of veg), ketchup (2 syns)
D - chicken, pasta, WW sauce , sprinkle of l/f cheese (2 syns) (4 syns), salad, salad cream (1 syn),
    HEA - milk
    HEB - fibre plus bar

    Off to bedski now
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

  • Happy Lunchtime to All!

    Exercise Log for yesterday:

EA Active low intensity workout for 20mins burning 107kcal.
(I was absolutely shattered yesterday from work, plus the 1.5 hour commute each way through London public transport and was visiting family till 9.30 so my workout finished at 10.20, then straight to bed for my usual 5am start!)

    Food Diary for yesterday:

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs mixed with some feta cheese and black pepper on 1 slice wholegrain toast (no spread)

Lunch - chicken tikka mini slices (1/2 a pack) with Food Doctor leftover pulses and grains, with celery, carrot, beetroot, salad leaves and red pepper, dressed with balsamic glaze. 1 clementine.

Dinner - spag bol with carrots and broccoli. Pineapple juice.

Snacks - Tea (morning), 2 oatcakes (afternoon)

Am trying to tighten up my tummy and triceps the most, so I've been using a resitance band to do kickbacks, and now my arms ache pleasantly! I'm also trying to do a couple of the 10 minute Solution Blast Off Belly Fat segments when I can.
