Thank you Betty, that's really helped me.
I had a look on Minimins (what a fab resource), and it's 3.5 syns for 100g, so I'll probably use about 2syns worth.

I agree with the WW vs SW. WW don't do enough to educate or incentivise eating the healthier options. It's more about finding ways to eat cake and biscuits by points. If you compare some of the WW own products, compared to homemade, they're packed with sugars, which I know Victory has mentioned previously. I just think that for now, with my appetite seemingly the thing that's always leading to my downfall, rather than just food choices (I'll always go for the most filling food option), this is going to suit me better.

My son has come home from school telling me that he chose the egg/bacon mutigrain roll for lunch, rather than his usual pizza. I'm so proud of him, as I know that will have taken a big effort to make the choice, but he said it was delicious, and he still feels full up now. He's desperate to make the choc mousses in the new magazine, so we'll do those next week i think. I've got a recipe for sticky pork chops from the other thread, so we'll have that next week too. I think planning ahead is definitely the way to go.

I am obviously a huge WW fan having lost 7 1/2 stone on the plan and would have not have done it any other way even though tried often:rotfl::rotfl: it does make you choose wisely, sure you could have all your points in bad things but what about the rest of the day? You would be starving and that is not what WW is about, the 0 points value on the foods has saved me many a time, just eat those and not be hungry-perfect:D

It is true that many of their WW ready meals, snacks, marketing WW is packed with sugars and I can't have them but it all about changing the way you eat to maximise the points, ditch the sugars, ready meals, cakes, sweets, sugars, fats etc and bring in more fruits and salads and snack a jacks, carrot sticks etc all the healthy stuff:D

You wont guess what happened to me today!

I went out for my friend whos leaving debenhams, as we were walking past the cathedral gate this lady literally fell out of it flat on her face! 5 girls in front of her too shocked to speak and the lady gets up and walks off like it didnt even happen. We were all laughing our !!!!!! off.

Then on the way back from the pub i walked round the corner and BOOM im flat on my !!!!, in front of about 20 people mulling around the jaggy thistle. My friend just looked at me and laugh as i sit on the floor thinking For fooks sake!! The twenty or so people laughed and clapped so i thanked them and walked (carefully) away. My knee is still hurting though, that chinese burn sorta pain! Still, will teach me for laughing at that poor lady, wish i could tell her i did the same thing!!

Had a better intake re the calories today, i think i've hit 1408 today.

Must be the day for it Vix, I went to give blood today and it went well (as it usually does). Got home, made a brew and the next thing I know I'm flat on my back looking up at DH who is poking me going "are you still breathing?" lol apparently I was out for like 2 or 3 minutes because he thought I was taking the mickey. I dont know what happened, I was feeling a little dizzy but loss of blood will do that to you so I just shrugged it off. Now I'm not sure if they will let me give blood again, I'll have to ring and check on Monday. GRRR I was up to my 8th visit too.
