Its an STS for me as well this week.
Fitness last night was tough, we did some boxing! I was timid with it at first, then remembered everyone that had annoyed me this week and just went for it! My arms are paying the price today.
I think my attitude of "oh I can just make little changes" isnt going to work with losing a sizeable amount. So this week the bread and sandwiches I have on lunch have all been banished. As has the drinking at home. Think I'm going to have to be tough on myself for a while, though I'm off to Amsterdam on Sunday so thats going to make it hard!0 -
Not happy this week, I have put on another 2lb!! Must start food diary again me thinks. Well done Puddings, good loss there.
I shall keep on trying, I have a feeling I am obsessing a little about what I can and can't eat a bit much, DH rolls his eyes when ever I start looking at cooking tea. oh well i shall keep trying. You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0 -
1.2lb loss for me ... taking me to 170.4 lbs lost so far this year
didn't expect a big loss as I have upped the exercise a lot and my scales are saying i put on 1.1lbs of muscle this week, did 45 mins of cardio at 150bpm (peak 158) this morning and fingers crossed so far so good with the heart
and go go PUDS0 -

Life is there to be enjoyed, I will lose the weight I need to lose but I certainly intend to enjoy the journey and the final destination once I get there! There will be treats!:rotfl::rotfl:
