puds I have never had 6 slices , they only ever give me 3 because i AM not having the ham, the 20p here still stands so I always say no, it is not the cost it is the principal, the lady that serves me always gets the bread out when she sees me:rotfl::rotfl: I will ask about the 6 slices though when I go this week;)0 -

Margaret, froglet & BB - well done on your successes this weekend.
I've been rather glad of the w/end off exercise, as I'm still aching a huge amount - particularly my lower abs (which are in there somewhere). Back at it tomorrow though!
I've kept to plan all w/end, and was so within my treat allowances that I indulged in a few chocolates last night. Today I have a nice roast chicken dinner planned. Looking forward to that.
Meal plan today : Extra Easy
B - peach, apricot, alpen light bar [1/2 of HeB], ff peach & apricot yogurt
L - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, beans
D - chicken, SW roasties, yorkshire pud (6 syns), broccoli, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, gravy (2 syns)
Snacks - alpen light bar [other 1/2 of HeB]
Milk in teas [HeA]
It doesn't look much like a diet, and it tastes fab, but it's all within plan.
Have a great Sunday everyone! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Hi everyone
Well I got on the scales this morning and Fred.......
1lb Loss :jfor me!! I'm over the moon, was not expecting any loss , so whey hey.
I also had my first powerplate session this morning. OMG I haven't sweat so much in 60 seconds than I did today. I was expecting gentle exercise to break myself back in gently, but what I got was 60 second burst of pure hell!!!!:D I think this is a form of torture in some countries, isn't it??:rotfl:
Wow, what a session, I could hardly walk at the end of it. It must be doing me good;) I really enjoyed it and have booked my next session for Wednesday.:A

Romy: So you just stand on it for 60 seconds and it makes you sweat?
Well i didnt go to the gym, i just couldnt be bothered. Plus i had stuff to do at home and if i had gone to the gym they wouldnt have been done because i had friends over. We've decided to go on a 18-30 drink till you pass out and no lower age limit cavorting before we get too old ha.
Well done BB!!!!0 -
Just done my official unofficial online weigh in so I've lost 3lbs this week.
Thought it might be more but suppose I should be happy with that.
5lbs down 25 to go to halfway :eek:0 -
Princess_x wrote: »I usually do P90x and Insanity workouts. I first started off with the treadmill (that's how i shifted the first 12kg), then i did jillian michaels, but that got too easy. So i started Insanity, and put a little of P90x into it. I only do the cardio bits of Insanity (I can't do push ups lol) and P90x i only ever do either the Legs & Back workout or the Plyometrics (which is a killer).
Hey,
How fit were you before you started P90x or Insanity? I <cough> have acquired them both. If I was to class myself at the moment it would be "can make it to the fridge"
Can anyone do them and it might take longer to get going or should I do something else first? Or should I just stop procrastinating and get off the laptop and do ANYTHING!?0 -
Well done vix!!!! I'd encourage as many young lassies as possible to go cavorting and to have as much fun as possible before they settle down!!! Not that it's not fun when you're settled down with kids, just a different kind of fun. So enjoy it lass!!!4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0
