Well i didnt go to the gym, i just couldnt be bothered. Plus i had stuff to do at home and if i had gone to the gym they wouldnt have been done because i had friends over. We've decided to go on a 18-30 drink till you pass out and no lower age limit cavorting before we get too old ha.

    Well done BB!!!!

Ugh. Wrote a lovely long post saturday night and then my internet cut out!

sorry lolly I can’t suggest any low carb recipes cos i am a carb fiend!

Re subway i always ask for them not to toast the bread, and they still try to charge me extra! grrr....not a big subway fan anyway

Went for a bike ride on Sunday and I am v pleased with sticking to SW all week. sunday night was a meal at OH’s parents - even with the wine and dessert I was under 80 syns for the whole week - an average of 11.4 per day (the average limit is 5-15 per day) so I am well chuffed, plus the bike ride should help push things further in the right direction!

Well done pollo, romy and everyone else who saw a loss this weekend

I've got my fingers crossed for a loss wednesday morning!!

Got a 2lbs loss this week. I'm mega shocked but chuffed to bits lol. :D That means I'm 200g away from a 20kg loss. My BMI has now gone from 33.1 to 26.4. :) 10kg to go before i've lost 33% of total body weight. I'm aiming to get to about 58kg so 12kg to go now. :)

had a great weak even thou i am on a higher cal intake (2500 per day over the weekend)

I defiantly respond very well to 100g or less carbs a day and a couple of resistance training sessions.

    Hi Everyone,

Congratulations on all of the losses this weekend!

I'm hoping for a 2lb loss this week. I couldn't wait and ended up weighing myself on saturday morning and I'd lost just over 1lb. Not due to weigh in until tomorrow though so will hopefully have lost a little more by then.

I did quite well foodwise yesterday; it helps that I have a cold and can hardly breathe, never mind eat! I lost my notes so have no idea how many cals I ate, although it was all quite healthy (HM stir fry for lunch and dinner), with lots of veg so I can't have done badly. I only managed 850 cals on the bike, and did no other exercise, but I'm happy with that as I felt terrible all day.

I'm feeling even worse today, but had to go out so had a sachet of porridge to keep me going. I then ended up at Morrisons again and had one of their breakfasts for lunch. Not good, although I'll just call today my day off dieting as I've been pretty good lately, and I can't be bothered to diet and exercise today - I just want to curl up in bed and sleep until I'm better!!!

I did 90 cals on the bike earlier when watching TV, but don't think I'll do much more today; I may aim for 200 cals, and just try a bit harder tomorrow.

ok confession time, just ate loads of choc chip cookies. Think it is due to a combination of tiredness, boredom and grumpiness. Past it now tho, regret it then forget it.
will still stick to SW dinner and get right back on track with low syn days for the rest of the week. hopefully no severe damage done ahead of weigh in!!
